Join fellow enthusiasts in mastering the art of crafting Tagliatelle pasta with authentic homemade ragù, all under the expert guidance of a skilled local sfoglina (teacher). Begin with a welcoming aperitif of Mortadella, Crescenta, and Pignoletto, a perfect way to break the ice and explore Italian gastronomy in a traditional Bolognese kitchen.
Next, participants will prepare a Casoni spritz, a distinctive cocktail made with local herbs and recipes, setting it apart from international brands.
Then, the pasta dough will be made by hand, with no machines involved; participants will be the driving force behind the rolling pin!
Using locally sourced ingredients, eggs, and flour, participants will shape and cook their pasta, which will be perfectly paired with our homemade ragù. Once the pasta is dry, it will be cooked together and combined with the ragù and 24-month aged parmigiano reggiano, all accompanied by local red wine, San Giovese! To conclude, as every Italian meal requires, enjoy local coffee and amaro along with our mystery gelato! All recipes will be provided upon request via email PDFs.
