Visitors can explore the various stages of production and enjoy tasting authentic Parmesan cheese.
Next, visit the Pedroni vinegar factory to savor and discover the rich history of this venerable family business, which has been crafting genuine Balsamic Vinegar since 1862.
After lunch, enjoy a brief tasting session at the Leonardi ham factory in Marano sul Panaro. Founded in 1988 by Aldo Leonardi, a founding partner in the pork slaughtering and processing industry, this factory offers a delightful experience.
