During this full-day experience, discover the secrets of four of the most famous Italian products in the world.

You will have a guided visit to a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. Tasting at the end.

After, we proceed to prosciutto factory. The tour begins with a brief history of production, followed by a visit to the ‘cold zone’, where fresh meat is processed, learn how the best meat is chosen, and see the salting machinery and chilling/resting rooms. Tasting at the end.

You will visit “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, with tasting at the end.

Being in the area, your experience wouldn’t be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum in Maranello, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari, and to learn something new about its history during your free visit to the museum.

• No guide will be with you during the day, all the visits will be held directly by the local producers staff
