We make 3 kinds of pasta typical of Bologna:

Tagliatelle, tortellini and maccheroni

Ragu’ (bolognaise sauce) will pair the tagliatelle, the oldest and most tasty sauce of town

For dessert Tiramisu will be the final preparation of the class..using my family recipe 100 years old!

All the meal will be paired by ORGANIC WINE. There wont be limit on tasting wine. We will open either red, white and bubbles during the meal All the wines are selected by my sommelier between the best organic wineries of Italy small producers that make no more than 10k bottles each year Wines you can t find in any store. Unique Experience!!

In case you like the wine you can also ask the chef to take some home with you!
