- 25 Av. Thiers - Experience the heart of Bordeaux red wines through an intimate and educational tasting session designed to engage your senses. Bordeaux is renowned for its reds, yet many do not fully appreciate their depth. Participants will learn to taste like experts while exploring the distinctions between the left bank (Cabernet Sauvignon from the structured Médoc) and the right bank (Merlot, supple and fruity from Saint-Émilion).
Under the guidance of Mathilde and Cécilia, certified specialists, participants will sample four meticulously selected wines – either mono-varietals or blends – sourced from family estates, including organic or Grand Crus, along with a mystery glass and an aged wine to explore Bordeaux’s maturation process. Participants will gain insight into how grape varieties, terroirs, and winemaking decisions influence aromas and textures.
Each wine is paired with a delicacy that complements its flavors. Participants will receive a personalized tasting booklet to continue the experience at home.
Depending on the season, the tasting is held in our stone room, private courtyard, or cellar. Wines are available for purchase. We also cater to white wine enthusiasts or groups larger than six people!

Our tasting room is located in the Bastide district on the right bank of Bordeaux, 200 meters from the majestic Pont de Pierre, one of the most beautiful monuments in Bordeaux, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our tasting room is located in a typical Bordeaux building, with the charm of stone and has a small private courtyard.
This district in full revival mixes both a bohemian and industrial spirit in full metamorphosis, and is full of unusual places like Darwin or the Botanical Garden.
