We learnt so much from our guide and at the 2 chateaux we visited. Most importantly the bikes were top quality! - It was an incredibly hot day (42c!!) but Cristal our guide was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and looked after us very well. We all had the best time! We learnt so much at the 2 chateaux, tasted some excellent wines, had a great lunch and the bikes were top quality. Thanks Johnathan for quick communications to a couple of questions we had beforehand. A very well run little business, would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Memories of a lifetime! - Our Bordeaux Wine and Bike Tour with Bordeaux Wine Trails was truly unforgettable. Riding through the stunning Bordeaux countryside by bike is absolutely the best way to experience the region’s beauty—rolling vineyards and breathtaking views at every turn. Our guide, Christelle, was exceptional. As a knowledgeable sommelier, she shared fascinating insights into both the wines and the history of the area, and she did so in a way that was approachable and engaging for everyone. The vineyard visits were a highlight. At Château Rol Valentin and Château Grangey, we enjoyed not only outstanding wines but also warm, welcoming conversations with the staff who shared their passion for winemaking. There was no shortage of wine to taste, and each stop felt both intimate and memorable. Lunch was perfect—fresh, delicious, and a great complement to the day’s wine tasting. St. Emilion itself was beautiful, with its cobblestone streets, historic charm, and incredible views. It was one of those rare, perfect days you never want to end. We left with full hearts, happy memories, and a deeper appreciation for Bordeaux’s wine country. This tour is an absolute must-do, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

Our best day in France - My partner booked this tour and I was nervous as I'm not a cyclist by any means but it was absolutely brilliant. Right from pick up in Bordeaux our host (Jon) was welcoming, friendly, full of knowledge and able to answer any questions we had. The ride was just under 20km but lots of downhill and flat roads. There are a couple of inclines but trust the bike to help you. The contrast in the two wineries we went to really helped understand the wine making process. The lunch was perfect, amazing wine tastings and the visit to Saint Emilion was just long enough to appreciate the town. Would definitely use this company again without hesitation. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lola was a star! - What a fun, wonderful day with Lola! She was a fun, energetic and very knowledgeable guide who made wine and wine culture very approachable for our entire group and put everyone at ease with her fun personality. Though th weather threatened to storm, Lola was prepared with ponchos just in case and we wound up with a beautiful day to bike! The biking was easy enough for beginners who are a little more adventurous and the wineries were beautiful and well chosen for their unique natures. I would have like to perhaps see one more winery but appreciated the time spent in St Emilion to wander. Lola was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

- Had a wonderful time and visited some great wineries during the day. A wonderful company that provided a lovely experience for our first time in the region. Highly recommend booking through Jon to enjoy the wonders of Bordeaux and St Emillion. Looking forward to our next visit in a few months time.

Wonderful day touring the vineyards by e-bike - Clément was a brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly guide who really made the day for us. It was fantastic to visit smaller family domaines and to hear about their history and approach directly from the winemakers. The e-bikes made everything easy and the picnic amongst the vines was a real highlight. We would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Best Biking in Bordeaux - We had a lovely day with our guide Alex. The terrain was easily navigated on e-bikes and the countryside was lovely. The stops at the vineyards and the wines we sampled were well curated. Our lunch was prepared by a local and included many tasty treats. We give this tour high marks, and offer a sincere merci to Alex for a memorable experience!
