Often overshadowed by reds, Bordeaux white wines offer a delightful variety: lively and lemony Sauvignon for aperitifs, rounder and more complex Sémillon blends for dinner, and the prestigious Sauternes.

This interactive and intimate tasting invites you into the world of whites: history, appellations, grape varieties, winemaking techniques, and a comparison between the left and right banks. Discover how stainless steel maintains freshness while oak barrels add roundness and structure.

Guided by certified wine experts Mathilde and Cécilia, participants will taste four wines carefully selected from family-run, organic, or renowned properties, including a mystery wine. Each wine is paired with a matured French cheese, allowing for creative food and wine pairings. Attendees will receive a tasting booklet to continue practicing at home.

Depending on the season, the tasting takes place in our Bordeaux room, private courtyard, or cellar. Wines are available for purchase after the session, and adaptations are possible for red wine enthusiasts.
