Fantastic North End experience not to be missed! - We were looking for something fun that would also give us some historical perspective of the North End. Paula is a long time local and has a real passion to learn its history. She delivers in a way that makes it very interesting. It was wonderful to learn about this area while enjoying several stops and food experiences. There wasn’t a ton of walking and plenty of good food. You can tell how much Paula is really invested and cares about this neighborhood. She leaves you a real appreciation of the North End and a desire to come back. If you are planning to take a tour of Little Italy - this is definitely the one!

Consume food & culture simultaneously! - We did a walking food tour of Boston’s North End with Paula, and it was absolutely amazing. The food alone would’ve made it worth it but what truly stood out was how culturally enriching the experience was. Paula weaved together history, personal stories, and local flavor in a way that brought the neighborhood to life. You don’t just eat in the North End you learn it, feel it, and taste generations of tradition. Highly recommend!

Heart and soul in the heart of the North End - Paula delivered on every promise and expectation for this informative and delicious tour through the North End of Boston. With her passion for its history and years of commitment to the neighborhood and its people, she brought the decades to life while guiding us through the shops and restaurants highlighted on the excursion. It was not too much walking, nor was it too much of a lecture. The tastings she provided were well-planned, framed with her interesting stories and research, and one and all delicious. While the Additional Info on the booking states "The tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travellers", we had 19 in our group. Made for a bit less space in a couple of the spots. Just something to consider. Highly recommended for Paula's native perspective and expertise.

Wonderful food tour! - I didn't give 5 stars as the day my husband and I took this tour ended up not being a small group which was a disappointment as I had canceled a different tour and picked this one because it was noted that it would be a small group. However, it was still a great tour. Paula is friendly and has put together a wonderful set of stops that allowed us to taste the best pizza, gnocchi, and then this dessert pastry that I have no idea how say or spell! We would take the tour again and just might if we get back to Boston as we hope to do.
