Big shout-out to our driver, Keith! - The Nex driver who took us to Woods Hole to get the boat to MV was attentive, pleasant and informative; he made our day. The six-hour stay in MV was a bit long for us; however, others on our trip really enjoyed the length of time there.

Very friendly and knowledgeable drivers! - Our driver and tour guide was Harry. He and his family have lived in the island for decades, therefore, knows its history and geography really well. The tour route around the island and the stops are well planned. We highly recommend this tour.

Lovely day out - All organised really well. Rory picked us up from our hotel bang on time and everything ran smoothly. Snacks and water available on board the mini bus. Lots of tips for places to eat and things to do

The Island Tour is ok, otherwise five star - The only reason we rated this a four was because there wasn't enough time at each stop on the optional Island bus tour. The tour guides on both the initial tour and the optional bus tour were super and very knowledgeable. Know that it is a long day as you will be picked up early in the a.m. and not get back until 7:00 p.m. otherwise we learned a lot about the island on the bus tour and plan to come back and see it on our own!

Disappointed - Keith was great. Informative. Same for Liz. The weather sucked. Not your fault. Unfortunately Marthas Vineyard itself has a lot left to be desired. Houses that are dilapidated. I understand why but it’s a shame it just isn’t the place you read about in books.

Don’t do it - I booked the tour based on the rave reviews for Rory who picked us up at hotel in Boston and drove us to the terminal. Rory lived up to his great reviews. He was fantastic. However, nobody tells you it’s a different company who tours Martha’s Vineyard. Mark our guide on the island was terrible! So negative and talked incessantly about himself and his experience growing up there. We made 2 10 minute stops. We basically never got out of the van for 3 hrs straight. He dropped us off at 1:30 and we had tickets to return on ferry for 3:45. Basically we Ubered back to a small town to see if we could salvage the day by walking or getting a bite to eat before the ferry back to Boston. This was so NOT worth the money, time and earful we got from the tour guide Mark. Ugh!!

Not worth it - This tour was not worth the price… all it really is is a pickup from a hotel to the ferry to get to Martha’s vinyard . There was a stop on the way at a light house but just admire it from the outside (no entry ticket needed bc you just stop and take a picture and leave, then you get on the ferry on your own, tour the island on your own, get back on the fairy on your own, get in the van and they take you back to the hotel. Thankfully the driver was super nice and made it pleasant - we really enjoyed him! However, the tour itself is not worth the money… rent a car and do this on your own ( the ferry is only $16).
