it was amazing and better... - it was amazing and better than we expected. the food was phenomenal and the drinks were perfect. the environment was perfect and the music was the best. our waitress, Ashley was beyond caring and showed she cared for our needs during our entire stay. she went above and beyond to make my wife pleased on her birthday.

Didn’t make it on time - We missed the cruise was caught in traffic by the time I got there. Wondering if we could get get a refund or get some other tickets for another time.

Amazing Time! Amazing Staff! Thank You Ashley - Amazing Time, Ashley was incredible, to say went above and beyond is not saying nearly enough. Literally the best experience anywhere, and because of Ashley. and Thank you Klaus for taking us on a tour at the helm. Other crew we interacted with were all super nice! Amazing Time!

It was nice and romantic.... - It was nice and romantic. The food was very tasty. The second floor was cold but I liked that it had a heater. The view was beautiful too.

Bring a sweater the top... - Bring a sweater the top outer deck can get a little breezy. The photos taken of you before getting on the boat are a little pricey but definitely well taken.

Just okay - Just okay. Food was average. Boat is nice but the windows near us were very dirty and fogged which took away from the views. Service was good but overall not a “premium” experience.

Would Not Recommend Odyssey-Boston Cruise - Overall it is a nice boat but it ends there unfortunately. The cruise area was unsightly, back bay and ugly. The food was terrible. It takes quite a bit for me to say food is terrible and this was disgusting. The DJ was really bad also. Would not recommend

Poor Service and Experience - The boat itself was beautiful, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the setting. The food was mediocre at best, and the service was almost nonexistent. After receiving our soup and salad, we were immediately asked if we were “ready for dinner,” and our entrées arrived cold within about 30 seconds — it felt rushed and careless.
When it came time for dessert, the opposite happened. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, with no one checking in during that entire stretch. We finally received dessert as the boat was docking to let everyone off, leaving us no time to actually eat it. At that point, it felt like an afterthought rather than part of the experience.
Overall, the boat itself was the nicest part of the evening, but the service and pacing were so poor that it overshadowed everything else. For the price and the occasion, it was a disappointing experience.

View was nice. very... - View was nice. very short menu. Staff seemed very impatient. Food was okay. A lot of people were getting upset with the lack of service given to them. Besides the view it was okay I guess and I’d honestly like my money back. If I knew I was spending all that money for just a view of Boston I would’ve just hopped on the highway at night time and seen it there tbh. I’d recommend this experience if your at least 50+ maybe.
