Chobe National Park - Guests begin their day with a transfer to the Kazungula border post, heading towards Chobe. The journey takes about an hour, offering the chance to spot wildlife along the way as the drive passes through a national park. After completing immigration procedures at Kazungula, the adventure of four incredible days in Chobe National Park begins. The experience kicks off with a boat safari, where visitors are greeted by hippos and crocodiles basking along the Chobe River. Elephants can also be seen swimming to cool off from the otherwise intense African sun.
At noon, guests enjoy a buffet lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge, taking in the stunning river views. With full stomachs, the group ventures into the wilds of Chobe National Park, making every effort to observe animals up close and safely. The campsite is reached around 4 pm, with everything prepared, allowing time to relax while dinner is being cooked.
Game Drive - Spotting Cats
Chobe National Park - The day starts early at around 5:00 am with a morning game drive focused on spotting big cats. The drive follows trails to capture moments when these cats are most active. This four-hour drive concludes with breakfast back at the camp. At noon, another detailed game drive begins, where a knowledgeable guide provides fascinating insights about the animals encountered. There’s no rush, as there are still two more days to explore. Lunch is enjoyed at a picnic site within the park as the group travels to the next campsite. Each drive offers a unique experience with surprises in store.
The campsite for the day is reached by 4 pm, with everything prepared by the camp assistants. Dinner is served around 6 pm, followed by sharing stories of the day’s incredible wildlife encounters before retiring for the night.
Chobe National Park - Photographic Safari
Chobe National Park - After a full English breakfast, the day continues with another exciting game drive. This day is dedicated to creating a personal safari gallery, capturing as many photographs as possible. The vehicles are equipped with charging ports, ensuring no worries about battery life. Guests can capture stunning photos from close-up views, creating lasting memories of their time in the African wild. Lunch is enjoyed at a picnic site, surrounded by the beauty of African vegetation and terrain. The group returns to camp around 4 pm, with dinner served at 6 pm.
A Wrap - Spotting What We Missed
Chobe National Park - The final day begins with an effort to spot any cats that may have been missed. The drive follows trails to catch any sights overlooked in previous days. The group returns to camp around 9 am, and after breakfast, packs up to exit the park. The drive out is rich with wildlife, en route to Livingstone or Victoria Falls.
Victoria Falls - Guests are dropped off at their hotel in Victoria Falls around 4 pm.
