• Jemaa el-Fnaa - Starting from Marrakech medina or your riad/accommodation. Please provide the name of your hotel/riad when booking. We typically pick up our guests from their accommodation or the nearest parking area if the riad/hotel is not accessible by car. Note: Please note that we do not offer free transportation for guests staying in the Agaday desert or any accommodation far from the city center.
• Bourrous - Upon arrival at our launch location, we warmly welcome our visitors and offer them tea or coffee. We then provide detailed information about the balloon ride, including safety measures and answers to any questions. This ensures everyone understands the landing procedure and feels confident about the adventure ahead.
• Bourrous - Take off and enjoy the Moroccan sky with stunning views. If you’re fortunate to have clear weather, you’ll witness a beautiful sunrise over the Atlas Mountains.

• Pick up time can be different depending on the season
• The activity can me cancelled because of the bad weather(safety is the most important). In this case, we can change the date of the activity, or make the full refund

• A 4x4 assistance vehicle is available throughout the activity and it has a permanent radio connection with the balloon
• Full names and the average weight of each passenger must be given on the booking, as well as the phone number/whatsApp to be able to contact the participants
• It is necessary to stand for the duration of the flight, means, no seats on the balloon(basket)
• Pets, Weapons or sharp objects, Smoking, Alcohol, and drugs are not allowed during the flight
