Our chickens and horses (seasonal) love welcoming our visitors and will always take some extra treats too! We have ground squirrels, deer, bald eagles, and of course our cat, Jill, will occasionally make a special appearance.
Take lots of photos during your time on the farm and with your favorite alpaca (don’t forget to tag us on social media). At the end of your tour, you’ll get to pick out a keychain or sticker souvenir to remember your visit with us!
Please wear closed toed shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty and make sure to put on sunscreen as we will be outdoors for the entirety of the tour. Additionally, bring water and note there is not a public restroom on site. Please remember this is a full-time working farm, so you may see alpacas breeding, live births, etc. and always watch your step!

What distinguishes our tour is the unique chance to visit a genuine, operational alpaca and llama farm — not just view it from afar. Situated in the picturesque Bozeman, Montana, our engaging one-hour-plus experience welcomes guests of all ages and abilities to interact with the animals in a significant and memorable manner.
Unlike typical petting zoos or walk-through tours, participants will have the opportunity to feed treats, learn how to halter and manage alpacas, bathe them on warm days, and — depending on the season — meet baby alpacas (known as crias) and their mothers. Visitors might even witness a live birth or breeding session, as this is a full-time textile farm where life unfolds in real-time.
Ideal for animal enthusiasts, families, and adventure seekers, our group format provides a personal, immersive experience that is both educational and unforgettable.

- No public restroom available
- Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome on our farm tours. However, please note that the terrain includes gravel, rocks, and dirt paths, which may be difficult to navigate for some mobility devices. We recommend using all-terrain options if available and are happy to accommodate as best we can — just let us know in advance.
- We understand that mobility can be a concern, especially for those who may have difficulty walking longer distances. As a working farm, our property includes uneven terrain such as gravel, dirt roads, and natural rocks, which may present challenges for some guests. That said, our tours move at a relaxed, comfortable pace with plenty of time to enjoy the animals. If you’re able to walk approximately 100 yards from the parking area to the barn, we have a shaded swinging chair where you can rest and take in the views. We’re also happy to bring alpacas over to you for up-close interactions, so you can still enjoy the experience without navigating the full tour route. We want everyone to feel welcome here and will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have questions or would like help planning your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
