Wonderful experience – highly recommended! - We went rafting in Turkey with my sister and had such a great time! We booked the trip two days in advance through Tripadvisor, and the day before the tour we received all the transfer information via WhatsApp and Tripadvisor. The bus arrived right on time in the morning, and we picked up a few more people along the way before heading to the national park. At the location, the staff spoke English and explained everything clearly. We had to wait a little while for the rest of the group to arrive, but everything was well organized. We recommend bringing a change of dry clothes – you’ll get muddy on the buggy ride and wet during rafting! You can also buy water shoes, gloves, and waterproof phone cases on-site. Even though our package didn’t include the zip line or buggy ride, we got to do both as a gift – such a lovely surprise! First, we did the zip line, then the buggy ride, and finally the rafting. Our rafting guide was a young guy named Mufasa – he was super fun and made the trip even better. After all the activities, we had a tasty meal with chicken shashlik, rice, pasta, fresh salad, and soft bread – served buffet-style. You can also buy photos and videos of your experience. Overall, we were very happy with the day. The staff were so friendly, and everything was fun and exciting. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful rafting tour with long journey - We started early in the morning from our hotel. We should wait from 7:20am in front of the entrance and unfortunately have not had a chance to have breakfast in the hotel. The bus arrived just before 8am, which could have been made more relaxed by communication. The journey in the air-conditioned bus took over 2h. Once in the Köprülü-Kanyon it got a bit hectic and we should definitely buy gloves and possibly also water shoes at 10€ per pair. None of that was in the tour description. A splash-proof case for the phone should cost another 10€. These things, as well as drinks for the full-day tour, should be obtained beforehand if you do not want to strain the budget. Then we went along narrow mountain roads with beautiful views in convertible buses and open Land Rovers to the departure point on the river, among other things, over an ancient Roman bridge. There it was very busy because there were many boats with many people starting for rafting. However, the tour guides have instructed our group well and got us safely on the water. Then followed a great ride over 14km on crystal clear, nicely cool water in rubber boats with 8-10 people each, each equipped with a life jacket, helmet and a paddle. The quite large number of boats has spread well on the river but there were always opportunities to start refreshing water battles with other boats. In the calmer sections of the river you could also go swimming from the boat if you like quite cool water. In time for the recurring rapids, the guide brought us back on board and also provided moist refreshment in the boat by cleverly steering the boat into standing waves. You get soaking wet during the tour, but I always felt that the boat guides took good care of the safety of the passengers. The tour is therefore also suitable for children who already hold on to themselves and ideally can swim. Around the middle of the route there was a short break on the shore where snacks and drinks could also be bought. After a total of over 2h we arrived back at the station of the organizer. There was a hot meal there, which also tasted good and it was possible to buy drinks (Efes Bier 0,5l 7.5€). Then we went back to the hotels by bus. All in all it was a very nice tour with a lot of fun, just the hustle and bustle with sales promotion on arrival seemed a bit unnecessary. But if you bring drinks and gloves, it is a great tour, highly recommended!
