Fun with Beach Boys Music - If you enjoy the Beach Boys, you would really enjoy the show! They also talk about and pay tribute to the influence that they had on other groups. If you enjoy music from the 60s through the 80s, this show is for you!

Historical/Music Adventure - The show was well executed, the costumes were right on and the history of the Beach boys, and their impact on others’ music. I would recommend the show and making sure you are seated far enough back to see all of the screens. We are coming back to see Abba later this month.

This show is a must see!! - I just saw Beach Boys California Dreamin’ for the first time a few days ago and I absolutely loved it! The singing, dancing and costumes are terrific! They have so much energy! Like their other shows, they interact with the audience which results in a unique show each time. They also show videos of the Beach Boys and other musicians with that same style of music while they are performing. They sing a ton of songs, there are multiple costume and set changes and lots of dancing. I highly recommend seeing this show as well as the other shows at Hamners’. Look for my reviews of their other “tribute” shows.

More than I expected - This performance with 4 singer/dancers was much more than I expected. There were two guys and two gals. The guys did the lion’s share of vocals with gals on backup. Harmony, trademark of Beach Boys songs, was excellent. Multiple costume changes added to the performance. Very delighted with trivia on side screens (and occasionally on center screen behind singers) concerning Beach Boys and other groups of that era. And the performance included songs from some peer groups of The Beach Boys time. We went to a 10am performance, but the group couldn’t have put more enthusiasm into their performance. Spoiler alert, two of the group are husband/wife with a 4 year old son. If I understood correctly, the two guys produce this and other of their performances. Extremely glad we selected this performance.

Great Show!! - A very fun show, with loads of Beach Boys and other great songs from the 60's! I loved this show. It was fun and the music was just what I loved when I was a teen.

Southern California in the 60's! - I lived in So. Cal. during this time and everything about the show brought back all of the memories. There was also a lot of very interesting facts about how and by whom the music was created. A good time for all.

Entertaining - Very entertaining! Choreographed routines were executed flawlessly. Appreciated the pictures of the actual Beach Boys being displayed on the screens and stories shared.

just ok - We were surprised that the Beach boys were Simon and Garfunkel. And that they were also the BeeGees. It ruined my experience. If I could have kept my eyes shut I would have liked it better. The music selection was great.

Entertaining - An entertaining show with a good selection of music from the 1960’s. The cast is talented, with very good choreography. Our group liked the show, but noted that the instrumentals are not live and the performers are sometimes lip-syncing.

Misrepresentation. - First of all, it is not beach boys. There are two ladies and two guys. Next, there is no band. Third, they do not sound like The Beach Boys we had hope to see. My wife and I attended 8 shows in 4 days. Six of the shows we saw were outstanding. This show was so bad, we left in the middle of it. This is false advertising. Misrepresentation.
