After roughly 40 minutes, arrive at the hide where you meet our forest ranger and settle in to watch for bears. Stay quiet and enjoy ample time to look for these magnificent animals.

Note: we cannot guarantee 100% that you will be able to see any of the wildlife listed above. Do not forget that wildlife have their own way of living and we, humans, try to approach them as much as possible in their natural habitat.

Take advantage of the chance to observe Carpathian brown bears in their natural habitat with this 3-hour bear-watching tour from Brașov. Departing at sunset, journey by minivan or car into the Carpathian Mountains. Accompanied by a forest ranger, walk into the woods to a secure hide. Then, wait quietly to see the magnificent brown bears that inhabit the forest. Keep an eye out for young bears, large males, females with cubs, and other wildlife such as deer and wild boar.

Note: There is approximately a 70% chance of spotting the bears. Remember, wildlife follows its own patterns, and humans strive to observe them as closely as possible in their natural environment.
