Amazing experience - Such a special experience riding horses on the beach. Bucket list for sure ! Our guide was so kind and lovely and fun!! Highly recommend

Amazing Experience! Bueno! Bueno! - We had a wonderful time. It was just me and my husband. The tour was along beautiful beaches and in/out of the forest. We saw monkeys, colorful squirrels and iguanas along the journey. Lector was a great guide. Giving us information on the local spots. Our horses were very well mannered and were great runners! It was truly an amazing experience. We would definitely do another tour with Rigo Tours and recommend it to those who want a more intimate and smooth experience.

Amazing - We had an amazing time with Lester - he did a great job of managing a pair with 1 experienced and 1 new rider. He pointed out all kinds of wildlife along the way and we felt the whole experience was very safe and so fun. He also took some great photos and vidéos along the way :)

Beach Horseback Ride Perfected - Wonderful experience! The guide made sure we were comfortable with our horses before we started. The ride took us along beautiful beaches and through the backwoods where we saw and heard howler monkeys and other wildlife. Our guide offered us a number of photo opportunities as well. Pacific Horses delivered a safe, scenic, and memorable adventure. Highly recommend!

Great adventure - Hello fellow travelers, This was a great adventure. Our tour guide Lester was really great. A little language barrier but nothing too outrageous. We went through 3 different beaches. Which was wonderful. Riding on a horse looks like fun, but my butt was hurting the whole way. You should try it. I would recommend.

Great for experienced riders - We loved our instructor. He asked if we had experience and when we said yes he just let us go crazy on the horses. We were galloping down the beaches and through the woods behind the beaches with no real parameters. For gals who have ridden horse of before this was wonderful but one of our gals did fall off her horse because there was a low branch on the trail and the saddle wasn't tight enough. Just some bruising and they attended to her quickly. Two of the horses did have metal bridles and it made them quite jumpy. Noticed it was pretty exhausting for the horses to run in the ocean so we didn't do that for very long but you did have the option. Make sure you wear pants and these horses love to trot so for a woman who has had children I should have definitely brought some undy protection.

Poor tour organization - We asked for a horseback riding tour for an absolute beginner and one experienced rider. All communication upfront was done in english, however our tour guide did not speak english so I didn’t understand at all what to do so the experience was just terrible for me and the horse. My partner tried to help out a bit but it was hard for her as her horse had much more energy and always wanted to go faster, so we couldn’t stay close enough to talk. Sometimes my horse tried to catch up, went fast and I don’t even know how to control it. Was really fun - not. Worst thing is we needed to go on a busy road with cars and trucks. Good that all drivers paid attention as I could not have reacted to anything, the horse just was on autopilot trying to follow the other horse in front. ABSOLUTELY IRRESPONSIBLE. I brought back the horse at the first opportunity after like 20 min, so my partner could still enjoy the full ride. I confronted the organizer but he didn’t see any fault on his side and requested to get the full price. Forget about the money, but he just ignored my bad experience completely and he had no motivation to resolve the matter, for example by giving us another english speaking guide. Why not 1 star? I don’t blame the guide who did not speak English. He seemed to be very nice and would be great for anyone speaking spanish.
