An out of this world experience! - This was an out of this world experience from start to finish. Our guide and driver, Kevin, was so friendly and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. On route he gave us lots of fabulous facts and fascinating insight about the Kennedy Space Centre and Florida generally and his tips on how to plan our day were invaluable in helping us make the most of the visit. The VIP experience is excellent value for money because in addition to the personalised service of pick up from the hotel, snacks and lunch vouchers it also includes the explorer tour which is definitely worth doing. You’re taken to areas not covered in the other tour with the addition of an informative guide who works for NASA who gave us lots of useful background information which made the tour extra special. All in all it was a very special day. Highly recommended.

Davies Trip - Give themselves plenty of time to see everything, maybe an extra 45/60 mins in duration. A must is the Atlantis experience and the launch simulation of the shuttle.

Kennedy Space Center (KSC) - Gateway to the Stars - We were picked up by GrayLine in an air-conditioned bus right at the hotel in Orlando. Our driver and guide Ricky shone with excellent local and technical knowledge and explained to us the “Kennedy Space Center§ (KSC)” what to visit and do there first and how the day could be planned overall. We also received a “thoughtful” breakfast bag (water, orange juice, cookies, sweets) and a lunch voucher. At the KSC he led us through the entrance and then the great adventure began. Rocketgarden, NASA Central, Bus Tour to Assembly Building, to the Apollo/Saturn V Center, to Mission Control, to the Observation Gantry, to the Launch Pads, Space Shuttle Atlantis, Hubble Telescope, Moon Landing Module, Moon Rover, Mission Control Center, touching a real Moon Rock, Gateway to the Stars, Astronaut Training Stages, Chat with an Astronaut, ....... It was a very impressive experience and we were overwhelmed by all the opportunities and insights in the KSC. An adventure for which a day visit is far too short. I could write a much longer report about the tour and the KSC, but that would be beyond the scope of this. KSC - an absolute “must do” in Florida!

Great Option for Making a Day of KSC - Brad's Awesome - Brad took great care of us and did a wonderful job prepping us for the adventure. He REALLY knows the park. He was genuinely interested in the topic. That makes a big difference. The small group VIP tour (w/ Hotel pick up) was very convenient and enjoyable. We Ubered to/from the pickup location (Hard Rock Hotel). It was more convenient than going on a larger bus at the ICON pickup location and alao saved us a little on thr Uber cost. The small bus was less crowded and more intimate. The snacks were good: Bevita Cookies, Cheese+Crackers, and some little sweet stuffes criossants. Brad had water for us after a full day at the park and more snacks: pringles, nuts, famous amos, and a few other options. Brad also did a good job letting us chill one the way back since we were zonked. He didnt overtalk or impose on us like some drivers often do. This option is a great way to experience KSC, and Brad further enhanced the experience. It wouldnt have been as good without Brad.

Wholly underwhelming, not VIP shuttle service. - Yesterday, we participated in your Kennedy Space Center Small Group VIP Tour, and I feel compelled to express our deep disappointment. From the outset, the experience fell far short of anything that could reasonably be described as "VIP." To begin with, the group consisted of 11 people, which felt far from a “small group” as advertised. When the driver arrived, there was no welcome or introduction — in fact, on our return, we still did not know his name. Instead, he simply said our surname and immediately informed us — quite rudely — that we could not bring our foldable ECV and stroller, claiming there were no spare seats, despite two visibly remaining empty. As a result, we were forced to rent a wheelchair — the only available option due to the launch — which required someone to push a family member in the intense heat. The journey itself was equally frustrating. At one point, the driver abruptly and dangerously, pulled onto the shoulder of the I-4, hitting all the rumble strips, simply to distribute a “breakfast” consisting of cheese and crackers, some croissants, and a small bottle of Sunny D out of a paper bag. This was not even provided to all passengers — two adults in our group received nothing. It was a good thing that we had purchased a car seat for our two year old on arrival to Orlando after being told they would not provide one (be wary of this is booking for young children). Upon arrival at Kennedy Space Center, the driver shared a few general facts (far from the expert, informative commentary we were led to expect from your information), then handed us our tickets and instructed us to return by 4:45 PM — essentially leaving us to self-navigate the day. At no point did the experience reflect the advertised VIP quality. In reality, this was little more than a glorified shuttle service with a few snacks. On your Viator page, it kept talking about tours, but these did not happen as we were completely unaware of where and at what time. He did not explain the $15 food vouchers (which are not just available on this tour as many others seemed to have them!), so of a party of 6 adults, we missed out on using $75 off as we were not told that only one could be used per purchase. To add insult to injury, he then drove past our hotel to drop off the other group first, despite having a 2 year old in our group. We found the driver to be dismissive and unprofessional, often speaking to the other guests in a different language, the service substandard, and the entire day wholly underwhelming. Based on this experience, we would not recommend your tour to others and feel misled by your advertising.
