Following this remarkable adventure, we will visit an indigenous family with a long-standing tradition in organic cocoa cultivation and chocolate production.
During a tour of the farm and plantations, participants will learn about medicinal plants and their uses, as well as gain insight into cocoa cultivation. After the tour, there will be a demonstration of chocolate production, where the entire process of transforming cocoa beans into chocolate, including fermentation, roasting, and traditional processing, will be explained.
Participants are welcome to taste the products at any time. Lunch will be served at the indigenous stall in Ranscho. The tour lasts approximately … hours. Afterwards, guests will be returned to the Biological Station or can use our transfer service to their accommodation.
