Rum tasting and beach time - Lovely few hours at Stades. Beautiful place. Enjoyed lunch whilst waiting for our tasting. Rum tasting was very interesting to learn about the types or rum and the history of the production. Spent an hour on the beach afterwards. Water was rough on the day so we didn’t stay to long but we still enjoyed it.
Definitely recommend this.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Atia and Asha for the wonderful experience they provided to me and my friends today on our tour. From start to finish, everything was well-organized, engaging, and enjoyable.
Atia was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights throughout the tour. Her warm personality and professionalism made us feel welcome and truly enhanced the experience.
Asha brought a great energy to the group — she was fun, attentive, and pleasant which added an extra layer of enjoyment to the day.
Thanks to both of them, this tour was not only informative but also a lot of fun. Highly recommended!

Spectacular Beach Rum Day - What a great afternoon! After a half an hour tasting - teaching us about the rum and history and learning about the distillery. We were able to sit on this beautiful beach and have lunch and drinks and spend the greater part of the day! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The mini tour was filled with Funny jokes, and we walked away with a few bottles of rum and memories of a beautiful day on the beach. The space was super clean and cheery; with showers and lockers. And a gorgeous backdrop of the blue ocean.

Better than Mount Gay! - Asha was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, relatable and sassy! Kept us laughing. The tasting was well organized and the beach was more beautiful the the sandals resort beach and very few people. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and funny. Felt like they were part of our group hanging out at the bar!

A great rum tour experience - My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. The guide Asher was a star, with plenty of jokes, fun and interesting information. All the team at the distillery took the time to remember our names, which personalised the tour for me. The tour lasted an hour which was enough time, and then we tasted the rum in a cool structure on the beach. I highly recommend this tour

Stare Run Tasting and Beach Experience - Experience of Rum and the background / manufacturing second to none.
Really friendly guides and crew, did not feel like just a customer, you can feel the enthusiasm as they explain the background and how each Rum is made, nothing too much trouble and beach to the four of us was beyond expectations.
100% would recommend.

"Clink Clink!" - Our experience was amazing and a lot of fun. Our girl Atiya was very lively and informing. Super friendly. The drinks and the food were tasty. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. It was a rainy day, they provided umbrellas, I would definitely do this experience again.

Fun, sun and great rum - The staff at Stade's were so welcoming on arrival and throughout our visit. Staff very knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun. There is a good selection of rum and other gifts, all at a reasonable price at the gift shop.
The beach side location is just perfect, it is very quiet, beautiful sand, easy access to the sea which is so clear and a pleasure to swim in, sun bed/parasol included in the cost of the tour, if you don't want to do the tour you can hire the beds/parasol at the gift shop, only $20 USD.
We ate at the beach club, the food was nice, it is a good option if you want to spend the day there. Would happily return and recommend to friends. Joy-Anne was very helpful over email dealing with the queries that I had in advance,

Great rum tasting! - We are big fans of Planteray rum and did not know before we got to Barbados that Stades was the parent company. So we stopped in and had a wonderful experience tasting the rums, grabbing a meal and walking on the beach. Best location for any kind of tasting we've done (with the possible exception of Tuscany). Really enjoyed speaking to the manager as well, about the history of the company and the different kinds of rum they make. Friendly, welcoming, tasty!
