Excellent experience - We were not sure how to visit Cameron Highlands so we booked this tour from Ipoh so we could visit Mossy Forest and the tea fields and our experience was great.
Our guide was Jaies at all times worried because you were at ease, the car was very clean, good air conditioning, offered us water and at some stop bought us some piscolabis, quite a detail.
First we went to see Cameron Valley Tea, then we went to the Mossy Forest, then we went to TOH where they explained the process of Te, we also went to the Kea Farm market where we could taste different fruits and we took some strawberries... to finish the day we went to the Lata Iskandar waterfall, although you end up tired the experience is very good there is not a minute for boredom, totally recommended, although it is in English we managed to understand quite well his explanations warn him and spoke slowly. 100% recommended.

A great exploration and guide of Cameron Highlands - Jaies tour was an excellent time, he really put a lot of effort into making sure we had a great time. There were many stops and opportunities for taking in the sites and snacking! This is a FULL day experience, so be prepared for it.

Excellent trip to the Cameron Highlands with Jai - We chose Jai’s company after reading other good reviews and certainly weren’t disappointed. Highlights were the visits to the Boh Tea Plantation and the Strawberry Farm as well as the forest walk. Jai was very attentive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and we particularly enjoyed the fruit and other snacks he bought us to try at various markets along the way. We appreciated that Jai was able to be flexible with the itinerary to allow us to do all the things that we wanted which is one of the bonuses of doing a private tour rather than being on a bus with lots of others. 10 out of 10 for this tour. Thanks Jai!

Excellent service and an amazing experience - Knowledgeable professional guide with great in depth understanding about the locations visited and the things we see and can do along the way. They don't try to sell you a lot things or push you to visit certain locations that charge you a high entrance fee so they can earn a commission but really focus on good value experiences. They are flexible and incorporated our preferences into the tour.
When you want to visit Cameron Highlands and have the best possible experience in a short time, I recommend you use Jayies.

What an incredible trip - This day was one of the highlights of my entire Asia trip. I really wanted to visit the tea plantations and hike the Mossy Forest, which were both stunning, but Jai added so much more: everything from botany lessons to the process of tea making, to a few surprise stops along the way!
Jai isn’t your standard tour guide— he gives you real insight into Malaysian culture, knows all the best places to go, and just as importantly, where to not waste time. Sure, the price might be a little more, but you will get SO MUCH VALUE in return. If you want to adjust the itinerary, he’s happy to adapt (or give you an even better suggestion.) If he doesn’t know something, he’ll find it out. Next time I’m planning a trip in Malaysia, he’ll be the first person I call.

Complete Cameron Highlands Tour! - Jai is a true Cameron Highlands and Ipoh expert. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well spoken. This is basically a full service tour where Jai will pick you up and bring you back to your hotel after spending an entire day bringing you around to all the places worth seeing.
Jai is very flexible, so I imagine if you wish to modify your itinerary based on your interests I am sure he would be happy to accommodate you.
If you are only looking to spend a day trip in Cameron Highlands this is definitely the way to go. Prepare for a day packed with a variety of sights, activities, and food (and bring some warmer layers for the Mossy Forest (it's cold up there!)).
Thank you Jai for a wonderful tour and helping us see as much of Cameron Highlands as possible in a day!

Cameron Highlands - Wow what an experience visiting the Cameron Highlands with Jais. The tour was great right from when Jais picked us up he was very accomodating and informative for the entire tour. The tour takes you into the Cameron Highlands of Malaysia. We visited some of the countries most well known and scenic tea plantations. Jais was able to explain the tea making process from the production of tea leaves until it reaches the consumer. The views across the tea plantations are breath taking you will not stop taking photos. We also did a side trip up to the magnificent Mossy Forest. This is a rain forest that is approximately 2000mtrs high in elevation. Here a private guide will explain the native flora and how it adapts to the climate. The walk through Mossy Forest is something not to be missed. The tour also takes you to a local market where you can meet local residents selling fruits, vegetables, souvenirs and much more. The tour also includes a visit with the local Orang Asli indigenous tribe and a final stop at the beautiful Late Escanola waterfall. Jais is a great tour guide and is very accomodating I would highly recommend a tour with him.

Worthwhile experience - I spent a lovely day with Jai being my tour guide around the Cameron Highlands. Sadly didn't see mossy forest or coral Hill due to the weather and landslides but still saw much of the beautiful area. Options were given for lunch but as I was full from the breakfast and regular tasters of local items I chose to skip this. Very knowledgeable and informative guide who makes sure you see all the great views whilst also supporting and meeting a few local traders and even tribes people.
Cost for solo admittedly quite expensive however I feel this unique experience was value for money.
