The climbs start from the base headquarters at the HSW Precinct. The incline is steepest as you ascend to the Summit Top Platform, one of the two high points of the climb, each standing approximately 262 feet (80 meters) above sea level. From here, you will first encounter the stunning 360-degree view of Brisbane, its river, and the surrounding mountain ranges.

- Minimum age is 6 years. Children 6-16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum 1 x Adult to every 3 x Children
- Minimum height restriction of 110cm applies
- Maximum weight per person is 130kgs (286 lbs)
- Not recommended for pregnant women after 20 weeks.
- Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities
- Climb is open for operation during most weather conditions including wet weather
