We went to the suspended bridge and came across the most beautiful waterfall we ever saw. Pet friendly! - The park is super complete and offers an incredible variety of activities: suspended bridge, tiroles, waterfalls, heated pool, woodworking, canyoning, kayaking and stand up paddle. We had a lot of fun — we went to the suspended bridge, enjoy the waterfalls, relaxed in the pool and did canyoning with the Wild Territory agency. And what a wonderful experience! Canyoning was undoubtedly the highlight of the day — we felt completely safe, the staff was experienced, careful and kept me super calm all the time. Right at the entrance, we were super well received by the employee Pézão, who was super good people! He explained everything to us patiently, removed our doubts and already started the day leaving the vibe up there. The heated pool is delicious, with endless edge facing the lake — a beautiful and relaxing view. There's still a bar by the pool, perfect for a drink. The drinks were great and the food also did not leave a desire. One of the points we liked the most: the place is super pet friendly! Several dogs strolling through the lake, the trails and even near the waterfalls. It is not allowed to take them to the pool, but they enjoy everything with us. Overall, it was an amazing day! The structure is great, the service is excellent and the place has a light and fun energy. We would definitely be back!

Day use is worth it - We made day use that cost 200 per person.. half salty, I believe 150 tava well paid, but that's it, nowadays everything is more expensive, is not a peculiarity of this place. I was afraid because I had seen negative reviews about the place, but getting there my experience was completely different. We went on a common Friday, no holidays, and if there were 10 couples around the park was a lot, then it was a day practically vip rsrs The infinite edge pool clean, we got a place with sunshine (although there are few), the hot waterways and the playlist of the pool bar was a separate show, great taste of those who chose rs, songs from the 80s like Queen or Aerosmith, ball show. We took advantage of the kayaks for stand up and canoeing, all clean, whole and working normally, as it was empty, had no rush for the activity to end. The waterfalls are beautiful, but Cassorova is infinitely more beautiful and easier to reach than Quatis, the bridge that passes under the Cassorova waterfall is a delight, although very strong, I do not recommend without helmet use. At Quatis we did not have the courage to enter because we saw a snake in the water, as there are self-guided waterfalls and only had us there, we did not find it safe to enter without knowing the type of snake, I believe that in this case a guide was missing to guide and pass more security. Friendly and caring staff, a safe place, since we left our things in the loungers while we were going to see the park, clean bathroom and hot water, but would indicate putting a few banks in the bathroom to have where to put the bags while taking a bath. We have access to the car all the time, so you can take food and drinks and eat in the parking lot if you want to save.

Lack of cordiality and respect from the park manager with my family - Today, March 4, I visited the Cassorova Ecopark with my family to enjoy the day. Upon arrival, we chose a place to accommodate and noticed a sunshine tilt on the floor next to the chairs. As the environment of the park is very beautiful, we understand that it was part of the decor and we settled there, taking advantage of the sunshine shade. After we took the tours and visited the waterfalls, we returned to our place and noticed that the sunshine had been removed. We went to the reception to understand what had happened and, in questioning the reason, we were assisted by an employee – a man with a beard, slightly overweight, wearing the park shirt. He was extremely rude and informed us that he had removed the sunshine because it was broken. We explained that we didn't know about this problem and asked them to place a new sunscreen on site. However, the conversation was heated by the lack of education of this employee, who, instead of solving the situation in a professional way, asked us to withdraw from the park and said he would return our money – which didn’t happen. We returned to our place indignant with the service received. Although we took advantage of the rest of the afternoon, we left the park with a negative experience due to the lack of cordiality of this employee. For this reason, we do not intend to return to the site and we would like this situation to be analyzed so that other visitors do not go through the same kind of embarrassment. Here's a photo of the box with new sunbeds which the manager said we didn't have any more for our family. I'm waiting for a positioning from the park administration.
