Amazing bike tour to Damme - The private bike tour around Bruges and to Damme was simply amazing. Our guide Xavier, an associate of the tour leader also with the same name, was amazing. He provided wonderful insights about the area, answered ALL our questions, and was a gracious host to this beautiful city. With the amazing weather, we were able to take a little break in Damme to experience a local pub and taste beer from the region. Xavier was wonderful to offer us many recommendations for dinner that evening which was a beautiful end to our time in Bruges!

Great Adapted Tour - Xavier was amazing. He adapted the tour for us due to the weather and we had a wonderful time biking around and learning fun and interesting facts about the city. Even though we did not make it to Damme this time, the biking around the “green lung” of Bruges and throughout the city was lovely.

Beautiful Belgian Bike Ride - We had an incredible ride through gorgeous countryside and learned some interesting history about Bruges and Damme. I’m so glad we chose this adventure! The ride was about 10 flat miles, and we kicked up the pace a bit and were able to take a little side route past a vineyard. Wonderful trip!

Amazing private bike tour with Xavier - unforgettable family experience! - Xavier was amazing! We were over an hour late and he customized our private bike tour to be so informative, fun and an experience we will always remember. He knew so much about the history of the city and country and was also very patient and attentive to our needs (when we needed to stop for water, etc). I would highly recommend this bike tour with Xavier! Thank you again!!

A historic ride around Bruges and Damme - This was a great bike trip off the beaten tracks of Bruges. Xavier took us to places we never would have seen, like the historic town of Damme. The ride was only 10 miles over flat terrain, but we saw and learned a lot about the area in and around Bruges. For inexperienced bikers, you can request an e-bike.

Excellent to her to avoid the crowds - A great experience away from the crowds, with a personalized tour and Trip to the countryside. Biking was flat and catered to all levels. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly.

A Lovely Way to Spend a Morning - My husband and I enjoyed this lovely bike tour from Bruges to Damme a lot. Our guide was efficient, informative, and entertained LOTS of my questions. The sites we visited were relevant and he gave a good overview of the area. The cycling wasn't challenging, and it was the right amount for us.

Left outside the city center with a flat tire and walk to town - I was really looking forward to my private bike ride throught the countryside and was so disappointed. I booked a private ride and Xavier, the owner, asked me to come 30 minutes early so that he could accomodate another group after my ride and I did without reservation. 30 minutes into my ride my bike had a flat tire and my ride abruptly ended. He made a couple of calls, laughed, and said in his 6 years of tour, this was the first flat tire he had encountered. He offered to do a walking tour which I declined. Instead he stayed with the bike and I walked 1 hour back to the train station from the opposite end of town. Fortunately I had been on a tour earlier so I knew my way back to town but it was the Friday before Easter and the roads were filled with many tourists and the streets were very full with tourists. He offered to give me a partial refund until I sent a message requesting a full refund and he agreed. When asked if I had been in a group setting what he would have done given my flat tire situation, he laughed and said, "I would have left you." I'm surprised that being the owner and most likely renting bikes from the same location, he would not pack an extra tire with him given he is the one chosing the bike for the ride. Grateful I truly wasen't left in the countryside to find my way back to town. Super disappointed.

Never again! Horrible - This was a terrible experience! Tour should have been cancelled from the beginning! Raining and cold! Tour started anyway with a 20 minute delay. Finally tour was ended only to say it was the fault of the customers restrictions! Nonsense! Impossible to ride with slippery pedals and handel bars! Hands could not grip the bars safely! Soaking wet and cold! Would not refund 100% of cost. Only 65%. We asked to cancel before it even started because of the rain. In the description it is stated the experience requires good weather! Very poor customer relations!
