Great guide, great food, great time! - Our tour guide was great and really showed us a lot of the city. He focused on the history of the city along with four tasting from some of his favorite places in the city. The meat and cheese were delicious, the fries were the best we had in Belgium, the beer was at a really cool brewery along the canal, and the chocolate was so good we had to buy some to take home. That being said he also told us that he has a purely tasting tour with 8 tasting but doesn’t have as much about the history of the city. He even made a special stop at the basilica of the holy blood for us since we discussed missing seeing it earlier in the day. The tourist about 4 hours but there is plenty of stops during the tour to stop and take photos and eat and drink. We took the tour at 2pm and ended up just having some tapas later that night at our guides remediation since we had so much on the tour. Highly recommend. We are already talking about taking the 8 tasting tour next time.

Bruges Walking Tour - A wonderful walking tour of Bruges start to finish. We learned a lot about the history of Bruges and sampled some delicious treats. Our guide did a fabulous job of explaining Bruges' history from the Middle Ages onward. Standout treats were the meats and cheeses and the waffles. Our guide recommended that we have our waffle without any toppings as there is sugar in the dough, and oh my, he was 100% correct. We look forward to returning to Bruges to pick up where we left off.

Get guide - Our tour guide was incredibly smart and knowledgeable and gave an excellent overview of the history of Bruges while also showing some of the incredible food that Bruges has to offer. The 4 stops which consisted of a cheese tasting, beer, chocolate and fries were all exceptional and helped to truly understand the heritage and culture of the city through food

A fountain of knowledge! - Xavier was an incredible fountain of knowledge that he eagerly passed along to us during our afternoon tour! This was our first time in Brugges and were looking for a comprehensive insight into the city, along with enjoying some of the local customs. Xavier delivered on all of the above. We walked into some of the quietest parts of the city, as Xavier explained the history of Brugges, both past and present. We even managed to sample some of Brugges best beer, frites and chocolate before the afternoon was over. All in all, an amazing experience, and one that we would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Brugges!

Christmas in Bruges - Joy and Gary - Our tour guide Xavier organized an amazing and informative tour. He took us around to all the scenic spots in the city that we did not read about online when planning to do sightseeing in Bruges. Essentially, he showed us a facet of the city that is picturesque and with a lot of history. The culinary items for tasting that were organized for this tour were a delight and provided a true taste of Bruges. I will definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Bruges.

Highly recommended - Interesting tour with lots of historical information and facts and immediately a beautiful part of Bruges seen. The culinary aspect is a bit sparse, but that can't spoil the informative part. Highly recommended.
