Fun class - delicious waffles! - Great way to spend a couple of hours with the kids - lots of fun and you get to eat as many waffles as you can with every topping (chocolate / Nutella / whipped cream / strawberries etc etc) that you can imagine!

Great waffles experience - Our small family with a 7 year old had such a wonderful time at this waffle making course and of course the waffles we made were the best in Bruges!
Would be great to have coffee or tea options up front rather than late after the event but other than this it was a great experience!

Very nice to do - Super nice, fun, interesting and delicious workshop.
Jennifer is very patient and adorable.
Possibility of leaving with your waffles.
The only thing that is a shame is that the workshop is in English.

Improvised experience with the vibe of an after school program - The best way to sum up this experience is improvised. I’d honestly skip it for many reasons. The guys leading the workshop are perfectly friendly and nice. But nothing about this experience says special. It has the vibe of a cooking activity your child’s after school program put together. First of all, the waffles you make are not Liege waffles ( we were told they take too long) but the Bruxelles ones ( the ones you can get in a supermarket anywhere). You could feel the disappointment in the room when they said that. I think the kind of waffles being made should be in the title of the workshop because probably many people would skip it. Second, for the price, you don’t get your own bowl. It’s 2-3 people working together per bowl. Third, the whole thing seems like these people rented a space for a few hours and put this all together with supplies they bought at the supermarket prior to the start of the workshop. You can see the oil in the cheap plastic supermarket container it was bought in, the flour in its supermarket paper bag, all the toppings in their cheap plastic containers. No effort was made to add a special touch to this workshop. Very important: they don’t provide aprons, so maybe bring clothes you don’t mind getting stained. Also, there’s no vent to suck up all the smoke generated by the waffle makers ( they just keep the door to the shop open), and all our stuff was stored in the same room. All our clothes smelled like burnt oil afterwards. Yikes.
