Enjoy three exceptional local Belgian beers (no generic brands here!), and explore a variety of toppings and decorations for your Brussels waffles. You can even incorporate beer into your waffle-making process. Throughout the event, your host will share fascinating historical insights and trivia about waffles and beer.

This activity can be fully adapted for vegans, and alcohol-free beer is available for the waffles upon request. Please note, as this is a beer-centric event, gluten-free beer options are not provided. For a gluten-free experience, consider our traditional waffle workshop instead.

In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of beer tasting with the assistance of three traditional Belgian beers, as well as how to create Brussels waffles using beer!

The session begins with an introduction followed by a presentation about the beer. Participants will prepare the batter and allow it to rest while sampling the three beers. Afterward, they will cook their waffles and top them with as many sweet toppings as desired!

Feel free to experiment with unique topping combinations and capture photos! Each participant will receive a complimentary drink to enjoy with their waffles, in addition to the beer.

If anyone consumes more than nine waffles during the workshop, they will become the new champion! The record has been standing for some time, and we are eager for someone to surpass it!
