• Rue des Chartreux - Every chocolatier in Belgium dreams of crafting exquisite chocolates, mastering the art of baking, and creating delightful pastries. In Belgium, it takes three years to become a chocolatier.

This tour will guide participants in making pralines and truffles, covering the fundamental techniques. Crafting pralines and truffles requires at least 1 hour and 30 minutes to achieve a satisfactory result.

During the workshop, participants will learn how to temper chocolate, make pralines, and create truffles. The pastries serve as a delightful reward for all the hard work. A selection of Belgian pastries and macarons will be offered, accompanied by a hot drink or cherry beer.

Additionally, there will be four extra truffle and chocolate tastings before and after the truffles and pralines class. All creations will be beautifully wrapped and ready to take home.
