Worth every penny! - Decided to check out excursions to local cities during a long weekend visit to Brussels with the family. This excursion to Bruges stood out as one for us. Very glad we chose it as Bruges is a lovely city to visit. Very well organised tour with easy pick ups, drop offs & with only around an hour and a half on a (comfortable!) bus to get there, it still allowed plenty of time for exploring. Our English guide Peter looked after us very well & was very friendly helpful & knowledgeable. First part of the tour was with the group as we were taken to the key sites of the city but there were still three & a half hours to look around yourselves & sample the sights & tastes of Bruges before returning to the bus for the return journey. Thoroughly recommended!

Great tour with lots of free time. - Guide was ready and easy to meet. Juliana was very good! We shared a bus with a large group of high schoolers. Juliana kept us on schedule and was very kind. Bus driver Marseilla was excellent too

More history - Mostly shops and relatively little history about the city is provided. Pleasant to visit but a bit too much like Disney Land for me. Guide was good and helpful.

Poor taste by charging participants 1 Euro for earphone - The tour was actually very fun and our group of eight enjoyed the content very much. The tour guide Angie was very kind and patient and she is very knowledgeable with fluent and clear English. The only thing is about the bus ride which was late for more than half an hour which shortened our free time in the city. The other stinky thing is they even charged us 1 Euro for the earphone which was super inconvenient for some of us since some of us dont carry any Euros. The cost of earphone should have been charged in the ticket price.

Bruges death march - Long day and good weather. Bruges was crowded. Would hate to see it in the summer. Our guide Peter did a good job. Wish he had been more respectful of Bruges Madoona we came to see. First two hours a death march. Would be great if got a break halfway through, especially for older customers. Worst part was the bus trip back Very warm spring day 28 degrees. The busdriver would not turn up the AC and we suffered for an hour. Then when we got to Brussel, he turned it on full blast. Probably a coprorate directive to save fuel by not using the AC.
