Fun, informative and engaging - Marcela was a fantastic tour guide, she shared a lot of history and information about Brussels in a way that made it very fun and easy to follow along. The tour was comprehensive and we were able to see many of the important sites and gain a good understanding of the key historical events

- We had marcela as our tour guide and she was amazing, very good tour, she explained the history, architecture, interesting facts, and did a fun quiz with us. Would recommend her for future! She also gave us a guide of some local places to visit which we followed!

Perfect way to get to... - Perfect way to get to know about Brussels! Luca was an exceptional guide. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed our time so much in this tour. Being in Brussels only for day, I had a hard time deciding what to do. I'm so glad I chose this.

Excellent tour - A great way to see Brussels and learn some of the fascinating history of the city and Belgium. Our guide Imix was excellent. He engaged with the group well, had brilliant knowledge and ensured everyone enjoyed the tour - taking time to stop in shaded spots as it was hot and paced it well. Definitely worth doing this walking tour if you’re new to the city and the guide will also recommend local chocolatiers, beers, restaurants etc so get the most out of your visit to this beautiful city. You tip what you feel the tour was worth at the end.

Informative and Fun Tour. Highly Recommended. - This is an excellent walking tour and Marcela is an excellent guide. She is friendly and has a great sense of humour. The pace was just right and she assured that the group was together before she shared information about a site. She encouraged questions and was patient with repeating information to some who had not been attentive. It is a walk for all ages. I was with my 15 year old grandson who had earlier showed boredom at some of the historical sights in France. He was very engaged with this walk and was anxious to give Marcela a tip at the end of the walk.

Good overview of city - Good information. Mathias was very informative, funny, and interesting. Tour was worth the time for sure! Only reason for 4 Stars is he tended to walk to fast for slower participants and I’d recommend a more professional look/just less worn outfit. Know seems odd but expectation for a profession tour

We booked tour for 3.45pm... - We booked tour for 3.45pm and got a message that guide is not available at that time. The only option given was come at 2.30pm or cancel (postpone). We could not do that as our schedule was not flexible. I requested refund. It is almost five hours after the tour time but no communication from the operator on refund.
