Wonderful - Tiago was a great host! Friendly, personable, and friendly. He shared some very interesting history for the area. The fries and waffles (chefs kiss)! Beer was also very good!

Brilliant tour with an engaging host - We had such a wonderful few hours today. Our host was so knowledgeable and interesting, with just the right amount of information. Chocolate, chips/ waffle and beer stops were very welcome. A nice range of beers for the tasting, and again our host described them all well. I would recommend this without hesitation

Great, fun tour! - We did this tour with our 9yr old. He really wanted to do a chocolate and waffles tour and my husband wanted to incorporate beer. It was hard to find a tour with beer that allowed children. This tour did that and was very fun, informative and Thiago was a great guide. We learned about the city’s history and had some great food and drink along the way. Thiago was fun and engaging. Highly recommend!

First time in Brussels - This was my first time in Brussels and I love the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and provided us with very interesting facts about the city and delicious Belgium tastes of frites, waffles, chocolate and beer.

A Memorable Brussels Walking Tour with Mafalda - Without a doubt, the Grand Place in Brussels, with its breathtaking architecture, is one of the most beautiful town squares in Europe! After exploring it on our own, we joined 'Bravos' 3pm walking tour with our guide Mafalda, whose insights helped us understand the rich history behind the facades we had admired moments earlier. Mafalda truly brought the Grand Place to life through her storytelling. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and kept the group interested with fun facts, humour, and great energy throughout. We enjoyed learning about Manneken Pis, the little boy statue, including the stories behind why it was originally placed there, its thousands of costumes, and how this quirky tradition began. Spotting Tintin murals tucked into street corners and discovering the ruins of the old fortress in the middle of the city, things we might have otherwise missed, were a real treat. The two-hour walking tour around the city was informative, well-paced, and full of charm, and our guide's love for her city came through clearly. The walking tour with Mafalda was the highlight of our Brussels trip, a memorable experience, highly recommended!

The chocolate tasting and Belgian fries were absolutely delicious, and the beer tasting was the perfect way to end the day. Thiago is a knowledgeable and charismatic guide who made the experience fun, engaging, and insightful. Thanks to him, we not only enjoyed great food and drinks but also learned to appreciate Brussels as a unique and special city. Below expected standard - Let's start at the airport. All European flights go from a terminal/zone with shops, restaurants, semi-decent bathrooms, locations where you can charge your electric devices. All long-distance/long-wait time flights go from a terminal/zone with NO facilities. There is one tiny Starbucks stand and one tiny bar, no proper food or giftshops or anything of the kind. Racist architecture at it's best. There are million checks, at least for flights leaving and arriving from African continent. Temperature in the planes is way below comfortable and below the industry standards. Blankets are thin, too narrow and too short to keep an adult warm. Food is awful. Special meals not to be touched. Horrible and unhealthy. While I appreciate all airlines promoting age diversity within the crew, that's how far Brussels go. No real diversity of any other aspect. Staff are rude, but that's within the fabric of the culture where NVC and empathy are foreign languages. If I had any other option of travelling to my destination I WOULD NEVER choose Brussels Air. Must be the worst European airline existing. For people with strong nerve or who just don't care about comfort of travel. Take your own food and blanket on board and sleep enough before the travel to stomach all the pointless controls, and you may just survive. I hate this airline with passion, mainly because of its crew.
