Fun, chilled tour - Peter was a great tour guide! Turned out that we were the only ones booked in but it was quite nice to just have a chilled out walk around the city whilst getting to see the highlights of the history in the area. Thanks for a lovely experience :)

Great way to walk the streets of Brussels - Wear comfy shoes as there are plenty of cobblestones. Our guide Peter was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We visited places we might never have found on our own. Would certainly recommend.

Cowboy Peter is engaging, humorous, and knowledgeable 🤠 - Howdy! Cowboy Peter provided an engaging experience with his tour of Brussels that we will not soon forget. The sights and sounds of the city coupled with Peter’s humorous narration made for an interesting excursion that would have been a dull walk otherwise. His commitment to the safety of his guests is admirable and his record of never losing a traveler, as he mentioned throughout the tour, is quite impressive. If you’re looking for a way to add a bit of spice to your afternoon in Brussels, Cowboy Peter is the man for the job! 🤠

Fun Brussels city tour! - Great way to learn about Brussels and explore the top spots in the city. Peter is a fun, engaging and energetic tour guide. Once he learns more intricate details about the sites and buildings, he’ll easily earn a 5-star review.

Kick start your visit to Brussels - Great overview of key sites in Brussels. Not hurried but we saw a lot in a short period of time. Great way to kick start a visit.

Personable but not well-informed - Our guide, Peter, arrived on time and took us through a lot of Brussels at a good pace. He was personable, even chatty, and his command of English was great. Our complaint is that he was unfamiliar with many of the monuments and areas we passed and he gave us incorrect information on others. He has the right personality for the job but needs to brush up on facts.

Lacking historical insights, but we saw the sights - Unfortunately, I learned more about our tour guide, Peter, than I did about Brussels. He was lovely, but I really wanted to learn more about Brussels, the history and the culture. The commentary was very limited — usually just a couple of sentences per site — and he couldn’t answer basic questions about the city’s history. It felt more like a walk with a friendly local than a guided historical tour. Disappointing, especially given Viator’s usual quality.

Worst Guided Tour Ever - Worst tour we’ve ever taken. Guide was tired and recovering from an illness. He was completely indifferent about everything we stopped to see. His depth of knowledge about Brussels history and culture was severely lacking. He made us feel like this was an ordeal for him! We were only two people, seniors, and he was eager to use that as an opportunity to shorten the tour. He was cynical about everything. My husband over tipped him not knowing that tips weren’t expected and because he thought he was a struggling musician. He made it quite clear his music was his passion and tour guiding was just a way to make a few extra dollars. I think because we were just two clients, your tour agent pulled a fast one! We have one more tour with you tomorrow. It will be our last unless we get a full refund for this Brussels tour!
