Airport pick-up:

• The meeting point is in front of Gaia Coffee Shop, located on the first floor inside the arrival terminal. After exiting the security area, turn left, and your driver will be there holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
• Your driver will drop you off at your desired hotel or address in Bucharest. If the hotel is in a pedestrian area, the driver will take you as close as possible and guide you on how to reach the location.

Hotel pick-up:

• Your driver will meet you inside the hotel lobby or in front of the pick-up address.
• The driver will take you to the departure terminal at Otopeni Airport.
