Siperb - We had an excellent guide and this is very important when you are in a country that you don’t speak the language and for the first time.

One of the best tours... - One of the best tours ever! Florin is the best driver/tour guide- with deep knowledge and Romanian Pride! He even quickly customized our tour- adding more sights- totally worth it!

Great trip and great day.... - Great trip and great day. Long day but no getting around that with the distance to the castles. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was a lot of fun. Made the trip there and back fun! Would recommend!!

Beautiful countryside with a great guide - In all honesty, the castles are pretty much like other castles in Europe. But, what was unexpected surprise was the glimpse into the beautiful countryside. Florin was a great guide and was very hospitable, and gave us interesting insights about Romania.

Long day but worth checking off your list - Our driver, Florin, was early at our hotel to start the slog through Bucharest traffic. He was polite, made sure we were safe and our needs were met.
Peles Castle first (although closed on Mon & Tues - no advance warning). Beautiful grounds and a shame we missed the interior.
An excellent dinner in downtown BraÅŸov with time for a short walk.
Bran Castle next (don’t expect much) with loads of touristy kitchen everywhere. But a necessity if you want to say you went to Transylvania.
Finally Florin offered to drive back a different, longer route through a mountain pass to see some smaller towns. Beautiful scenery.
Comfortable ride and a long day but met our expectations.

This tour covered the... - This tour covered the highlights of Transylvania and it was great to see the two castkes and Brasov.
Our guide was more of a driver however and spent most of his time on the phone without providing much along the way. The car was older and couldn't run the AC while going thru the mountains as he said it was a 3 cylinder.
Once at the sites, he did work the system to get us in for Pele Castle before the hoards and did help with some recommendations for unch and dinner. He did not provide an actual tour at the sites the way some did. We certainly had a good amount of time at the sites and overall enjoyed the day.

Terrible 😞 - No one showed up - didn't get to take the tour , no explanation, had booked all the entrance fees in advance, tried calling the guide and the tour company no response, sat for 3 hrs waiting - appalling!

PESIMO I DO NOT RECOMMEND - An excursion that ends our nerves, I will not just say that we saw half the visits and that the driver when we complained, wanted to get out of the car and leave us on the road halfway back, because he said that was not his problem, but that of the tour agency.
I warn and recommend not taking anything with this agency.
Also the same day we wrote a wasap to the phone 24 hours and even 5 days later they have not answered.
We've written to the agency giving the explanations to the mail, and they don't answer either.

Total disappointment - Should have been a wonderful day at two interesting palaces and nice little town with a guide. The guide was only a driver, who drove at high speeds in a very dangerous way. Very few explanations.
