Great trip. - Ana and victor weee great. It’s a long day but the bus was very comfortable and you had free time to explore and grab a cafe or drink on the terrace. I highly recommend. Thanks Ana!

I had my doubts… but it was so much better! - I was worried that we will be in cheap buses and have a bad service with the price. It was nothing short of what any other company was offering. We were very happy with the entire experience. The only problem I had was a short stop in. Braşav. Good tour guide, good bus and everything on time.

Spectacular Peles castle! - The Peles castle was spectacular! Bran castle was good. Our guide Tudor knows everything there is to know about the castles! 🙏 Tudor was easy to understand. 😊

Dracula Castle trip - Good trip, views ate great, hospitality amazing, all well organised and explained in details. Our guide was good, knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about Romanian history. Bus was super clean and pleasant to travel on. Generally a nice trip. Only limited time to site seeing really.

Better off - Was ok for the price. Organization can get better: Bus not well signposted, asking for the right bus little successful until only one waited. The English language skills of the tour guide were beginner level and the group very large, were pushed through the first castle in a short time. The last station was closed due to Easter (surprising???), were still driven there, presumably to justify the excursion time, even there in no time back to the bus. Overall somewhat uncoordinated excursion, as bilingual and often poorly understood.

Great day out. - We chose to be picked up from the Novotel. The pick up never came and only when we got in a WiFi area I got a message to say they waiting and the pick up has changed. This could have been sent to us a few days before, because I am sure they knew they don't pick up from Novotel anymore. Website should be changed not to give that option then. This was the main reason we came to Romania. Luckily we had 1 day free in the week and could reschedule for that day. It was great tour, but you don't get enough time at each place. The tour guide was really great though.

Okay experience - Peles was cool, Dracula’s castle was underwhelming, and I got the impression the tour guide didn’t want to give the tour.

Disappointing - Disappointing. Have to pay extra to see ‘torture devices/rooms’ Count Dracula was famous for. Most exhibits were about King Ferdinand and Queen Marie and their family. Not much to see. Peles Castle was more interesting but our tour guide was snarky and rude. Poor communication of info and left us to fend for ourselves at 1 point. Didn’t tell us we had to buy tickets for the castles on-line and ended up leaving us on the bus trying to figure it out, with the bad internet service. I don’t recommend Tudor as a guide.

Bad tour driver denunciable and arrogant guide Maria unprofessional and total absence of empathy day NO - We start from the indicated departure time we arrive 10 minutes early so at 6.50 and we do not find the guide Maria but only the driver who does not respond to the greeting but maybe, I think, just because he does not speak English or even Italian so I ask about the guide Maria and does not know anything but the license plate of the bus was that. Maria arrives at 7.15am (late) and I am stressing this because this of the delay has been repeated so many times to the travelers. Maria tried first to explain herself by saying that that morning there was chaos to find her bus (so if she struggled she was the guide I would ask myself a question) then instead 10 minutes later she says she was late because she had to find other travelers who were lost mah.... the bus was already full. My first question about the program of the day is answered that I should know since I paid. The answer does not bode well and I think that maybe she got up with a bad mood but then I realize the total lack of empathy in the answers to other travelers. Immediately emphasizes the fact that you will run and you will not have time to do everything because everything is based on the traffic we find and not to dirty the bus because otherwise the driver will have to clean it (1 hour after the guide Maria ate on the bus and all this we noticed since we were in the first places) and not to delay even 1 minute because we leave you on foot (remembering the fact that she herself had been late) , these were the premises but until that time, despite the premises and the answers given, we had started anyway positive because we thought that the day No could happen to everyone and that basically she was working. The places we visited deserve but were definitely ruined by haste and the terror of being late. To all this we add that if you have to pee and you did not have time to queue for the bathroom in our bus we did not have the opportunity to use the bathroom in the bus. The upsetting thing that a 9-year-old girl who had to pee and the driver instead of sending her to the bathroom said that it was broken because the pipes were freezing but it was 17 degrees that day (in my opinion it was so as not to clean it after) made the girl pee on the side of the freeway with cars speeding without any safety something decidedly dangerous and unacceptable. Maria first charged us the fee for the castle of bran and then immediately told us half an hour later that it was not worth visiting because compared to that of peles that money was better that we spent it on a drink. A traveler asks Mrs. Maria, 20 minutes before returning (we were already on the way back to Bucharest) , if we could listen to some music the answer was do what you want because we are almost there but as soon as the traveler puts on the music a scream of the driver bursts in in an arrogant and rude way and Mrs. Maria shuts up does not say anything even when we point out that it is she who told us she could do it. We lived in terror the whole trip because the driver was definitely out of line. But the thing that is intolerable and unacceptable is that on our arrival in Bucharest we get off the bus and realize that our envelope was missing with magnets two bottles of water and 2 apples. To our request to Mrs. Maria to ask the driver if she had seen my envelope placed in my compartment on the bus the answer was yes I threw it. When I asked why and how he had dared to throw away my personal things the driver closed the door of the bus and left and when I turned around the guide Maria not knowing what to say literally fled. Tell your driver that if he was in Italy he was liable to a complaint for appropriating another person's property and throwing it away without any permission. In short, in conclusion I am very sorry for the non-winning combination of driver and guide that we definitely found indisposing and without any form of empathy. There are mixed reviews about the Maria guide and I hope for her that it was her NO day because otherwise she would change jobs. As for the driver I would be more about the rules of traveller safety and the little respect he had, more than the fixation of having to clean his bus since neither of us went to his "locked" bathroom and ate. I also thought that maybe if he threw my envelope maybe he needed my 2 apples and my 2 waters and my magnets 😂😂😂 just ask them and I would give them to him!!!!
