Awesome guide on a safe informative tour - The tour was excellent and touched all the main attractions we wanted to see. Our only regret was not booking the additional parliament tour. This tour stops at the parliament and you can take photos from outside, but the inside tour is separate. Our driver, Zsolt, was a very safe and cautious driver that kept us on time. Our guide, Anna, was the best. Her narration was not only informative but she had a great sense of humor and shared funny stories and jokes. Not sure if you can request a specific driver, but if so, I recommend Anna.

A great 4 day trip to Budapest - Really beautiful architecture in Budapest. The Hop on Hop off bus is worth doing for a fast orientation and lots of information. Certainly the night time boat trip on the Danube is a must to see the beautiful buildings enhanced by all the lights. I would recommend doing some walking around the city especially around the smaller streets. Lots of nice places to eat at reasonable prices.

Best tour in BUdapest with Eszter! - This was the best tour I had in Budapest! The tour guide Eszter was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and punctual. She made sure we got to see everything and gave us free time in the Castle area. I highly recommend this tour company. If you are looking to see Budapest and understand the history, this is a must. Ask for Eszter!

Budapest 360. - 360 tour! Moving around from one point of interest to another helps you get a quick understanding of Budapest as a whole to then decide specific activities to do during your next day’s. There is a part where you do walk and take stairs once in Buda Castle, also part of the experience. Super kind, funny and stories by the tour guide.

Good value in heat of Summer - This was very good value. Especially in the extreme hot weather. We usually would have done a waking tour. But it was too hot ( 33c). Andrea did a great job. The small bus was air conditioned and we got to see the main sights in the city with a live guide who spoke English. Thank you for a great 3 hours.

3 hour bus tour - Mick was very informative, knows his stuff,was good to all on the tour,even went to the trouble of getting tickets for me which I hadn't prebooked,thanks to Mick again

Mini bus tour of city - In theory, it's an ideal way to see the sites of the city. However, the vehicle was cramped, fast, and not a lot of photo opportunities. The guide was clear and knowledgeable, but I wouldn't say it was worth the fee in all honesty. The communication from the company was top class as they had to change the date due to the national holiday in Hungary.

Just an ok city tour - This tour was just ok We started waiting over 20 minutes for a few folks that we late.. and then same folks late again getting back to the group when we had a little free picture taking time The guide gave highlights in 2 languages which was cumbersome. It would have helped to have audio headsets to hear better. It was cold out and we stopped at random locations for her to share info, that wasn’t that relevant to location.

Should be giving some discount for missed pre-booked tour - We have booked this tour in advance but my son was down with Viral going on in budapest. On the day of tour in morning also i have left message to tour operator that we can't make it and if they can re-schedule us or books us in some private tour ( we will pay the difference). One of their operator says yes this can be done and asked for wait till couple of hrs. They booked me to other private tour with full price and didn't give any discount/adjustment for the ~126 $ which was pre-paid. Our reason was not a lame excuse but genuine one and i have doctor record to share also.
