Excellent English... - Excellent English speaking guide named Anna . She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw quite a bit for a short tour . We went to the Buda side and saw the cathedral it was spectacular!

Beautiful city, great guide! - Our tour guide Ben was very knowledgeable. There is so much to see on Budapest and he gave a great overview.

Well worth it! - Great tour guide, very knowledgeable! Also, a great overview of the city of Budapest. Would have liked to see a little more of the Buda side.

Budapest trip - We were with 4 other people on a small coach which was very comfortable. The driver was excellent with his knowledge, information and the places he took us to. I would recommend this trip as we were able to go up to the palace etc in the mini bus otherwise you have to walk up. On time excellent service.

Fab city tour - Fab trip, very informative with 2 great guides. Really useful when you arrive in a city to find your way around, a bit confusing as everyone else was having a tour of the parliament building but that wasn’t an option when I booked ours ?

Awesome guide on a safe informative tour - The tour was excellent and touched all the main attractions we wanted to see. Our only regret was not booking the additional parliament tour. This tour stops at the parliament and you can take photos from outside, but the inside tour is separate. Our driver, Zsolt, was a very safe and cautious driver that kept us on time. Our guide, Anna, was the best. Her narration was not only informative but she had a great sense of humor and shared funny stories and jokes. Not sure if you can request a specific driver, but if so, I recommend Anna.

Good, not great - You get a decent overview of the city, and it’s great to be on an air conditioned bus in the summer. It was a bit of information overload, but I understand most people want that. I wish the tour description mentioned that you get off the bus and walk around three times - once at Fisherman’s Bastion for 60 minutes, once at Heroes’ Square for 30 minutes, and finally at the end of the tour at the Hungarian Parliament for 30 minutes. The description should also mention it’s a brisk 5 block walk to get to the Hungarian Parliament. We were traveling with one older person, and that brisk walk at peak daytime heat was a bit much for her. Decent tour nonetheless.

Average, somewhat disappointing - Our tour guide seemed rushed throughout. She spoke fast, very softly, no microphone or whispers, and her English was heavily accented. We understood about half of what she said. She walked very fast, not a sightseeing pace. She did not invite questions. We were left at the Parliament, not at the office where we started the tour. This was not explained beforehand, so we walked much further to get back to our hotel.

Should be giving some discount for missed pre-booked tour - We have booked this tour in advance but my son was down with Viral going on in budapest. On the day of tour in morning also i have left message to tour operator that we can't make it and if they can re-schedule us or books us in some private tour ( we will pay the difference). One of their operator says yes this can be done and asked for wait till couple of hrs. They booked me to other private tour with full price and didn't give any discount/adjustment for the ~126 $ which was pre-paid. Our reason was not a lame excuse but genuine one and i have doctor record to share also.

Very unprofessional - This tour was canceled by the tour operator without notice. I would not use this unprofessional tour operator again.
