rainy start - nice end - The trip had a rough start as it was raining heavily and we arrived 30 minutes early as suggested in many comments. Unfortunately we didn't get permission to wait in the waterproof waiting area - so be sure to have umbrellas and raincoats with you, every single minute waiting outside seemed longer than the one before. As we ship was quite crowded we didn't get a sit on the main deck and had to sit upstairs with a roof but no walls. At 2 °C with wet seats (luckily I'm always having a small towel with me) the start was cold, but I got way better.
We had a funny, friendly and attentive waiter which kept us supplied with mulled wine (absolutely book the MULLED WINE PACKAGE in Winter!).
The view was despite the rainy weather very lovely and we enjoyed the tour in the end.
Big thanks to the nice waiter and a small reminder to always keep a towel in your city trip backpack.

Mulled Wine Along the Danube - Wonderful mulled wine cruise along the Danube. This vessel is particularly nice in the winter because of the open air seating upstairs with a covered roof which allows you to be outside while still protected. Mulled wine was plentiful and Renata was a great host and checked on us regularly! Very nice experience!

Very tasty mulled wine, wonderful views. - Easy to find, lovely boat, amazing tasty mulled wine with lots of options including chocolate flavour which my partner loved. Other flavours were classic & apple and cinnamon. There is an indoor part downstairs which was warm, and open top on the top deck which is best for photos. It was cold, but we’d wrapped up and found it manageable. The service people were polite, but I wouldn’t say it was table service as we had to go up for more mulled wine every time we wanted one. They did give us one mulled wine each to go in the end which we found to be kind. Wonderful views from the boat. The audio that is over the sound system is in English, can be a little difficult to hear at first with the excitement of people in the boat.

Definitely worth it to see the city from a different angle. - Great trip even on a cold, wet night. Sit on the right of the boat to get the best view. Down loading the app on arrival gave us an insightful commentary as there isn’t one on the boat itself. We stayed downstairs (nice and warm!) as upstairs was packed with smokers. Mulled wine also rather lovely!

Everything went very... - Everything went very smoothly. I'm glad we bought tickets in advance so we didn't have to wait in line. We were able to choose where to sit first, and the unlimited drinks were worth it as well. :)

Great experience and well worth the price! - A fun experience. Great choice of mulled wines and the scenery was so pretty in the evening. I would definitely recommend it as part of your Budapest experience!

Pleasant evening cruise in Budapest - A good experience seeing the famous landmarks of Budapest. It was idyllic to cruise in the evening and see the Christmas lights. The boat warm and comfortable downstairs in the covered are on a cold night, with an open deck upstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The only criticism was that the drinks service was slow and we had to remind the waiter as our order had been forgotten!

Bad experience - It is not worth paying more for a more complete experience. An exaggerated heat on the ground floor of the boat, the upper floor is covered but without windows, so in winter you freeze, the "audio guide" goes through an app that you have to download on your mobile (nobody tells you before, by the way), tickets through viator the staff of the boat barely recognize them and also does not specify what has been contracted... in short. I won't repeat either viator or silverline cruises.
