- Budakeszi - At the opposite end of Budakeszi, a break is taken on a meadow near the Church of Our Lady of Angels, constructed in the 18th century. This church was built by Trinitarian monks who, during the Turkish Ottoman occupation, raised funds to free war prisoners, often sacrificing their own lives in the process.
- Normafa - After cycling 15.5 km, Normafa is reached, a beloved picnic spot for Budapest locals. It is a hub for hiking, sledding, skiing, and enjoying hot wine in winter, with the famous strudel available year-round. For locals, Normafa is synonymous with enjoying a strudel!
- Janoshegy - At the 18th km mark of the tour, the stunning Elisabeth Lookout Tower is reached. It stands atop the 527 m high ‘János Hegy’ or ‘John Hill,’ the highest point in Budapest. The lookout tower, inaugurated in 1910, is named after the renowned Empress Sisi, who first visited the viewpoint in 1882 and cherished it as a favorite excursion spot. The breathtaking 360-degree panorama offers views not only of the capital but also of the entire Buda Hills and Pilis Mountains.
- Máriaremete - The final, delightful section of the tour through the woods leads to the fascinating site of ‘Remete-szurdok,’ a picturesque gorge connecting Remeteszőlős with Máriaremete. This enchanting woodland trail is always adorned with beautiful flowers along the way.
