10/10 Experience - Absolutely fantastic trip! Everything worked perfectly from the start - planning, pick-up and coordination was super professional and easy. Our guide, Gyuri, was absolutely fantastic! Easy to talk to, attentive, funny and really good at guiding us through the route with tips and support along the way. 10/10 - we couldn't have asked for a better guide!!! The surroundings were incredibly beautiful, and although the trip was physically demanding, especially on the steep parts, we managed it fine with a little basic fitness - and not least Gyuri's help and motivation. An experience we will never forget - highly recommended!

Soul food- a break from the city to enjoy nature - This is a must-do for anyone who wants to see outside of the city, who loves the outdoors and exercise, and who wants a fun and knowledgeable personal guide. Before we met, Gyuri communicated clearly and quickly, even including elevation change of the hike and what we needed to bring (water, lunch) to ensure a smooth day. Gyuri picked us up from the front door of our hotel in Pest and drove about an hour to the base. We hiked, climbed, chatted and laughed for the next 6 hours. He ensured we took water breaks, rest stops, and proceeded safely at each obstacle. What a great way to see a different part of the country, view the Danube River from 600m+, scale an gorge with small waterfalls, appreciate the environment, and take a break from the heat and hustle of the city. My husband and I called it much needed soul food. Would return and take another tour with Gyuri.

One Day Wonder Hikng Trip - DO THIS HIKE! Paul Henry and Joyce Appel very much recommend this hiking trip. Wonderful hike, nice views and fun to do. Somewhat challenging, but if you are a hiker and like moderate or more lengthy hikes like we do, then it will not seem hard to you. Just go with right frame of mind and it will be doable. The leader is excellent and will be of help in any way. I, Joyce, had a sore leg but was still glad and thankful to the leader that I did it.

Great hiking trip with amazing views and very nice guide - Really nice hiking trip with amazing view of the Danube bend and exciting walk through Rams Gorge with rails and ladders. The first part was a bit steep and challenging but we could take breaks at any time and enjoy the view from various viewpoints. The very friendly guide Gyuri set a good pace and led us safely the whole way. Highly recommended.

Take your city break to the next level - What a wonderful day I had with my 12 year old daughter on this hike. Gyuri was great - punctual and reliable. We felt in safe hands from the start. We saw remote areas, which I’m sure many visitors miss, and it was a super addition to our city break. Unfortunately, the weather was misty but Gyuri adjusted the route to ensure we still had a great day to remember.

Stunning hike with a friendly guide - I did the One Day Wonder hike on a cold but clear November morning. Gyuri picked me up from my hotel and he was a great guide throughout, friendly, knowledgeable and he set a perfect pace. The opening section is very steep but worth it for the amazing view of the Danube bend. Rams Gorge is also a highlight, beautiful and fun to navigate with the rails and ladders. It took us about 5 hours and I loved every minute of it, highly recommended!

Danube Bend panorama view climb - An excellent day out with our guide Andras. An 808 metres climb to reveal beautiful views of the Danube Bend. Then a gentle walk back down before climbing the gorge with waterfalls and hand rails help

Interesting tough combination hike through a beautiful Hungarian Forest. - About 1 hour from Budapest. They offer pick ups and drop offs at many hotels. Our original guide could not make it so Attila was our guide. He spoke English well. Took us on a challenging but rewarding full day hike through Ipoli National Park. We started from Dobogoko to Predikaloszek Peak where you can have a beautiful view of the Bend of the Danube. He then took us down Vallido Rock/Cliff ( prob best to go UP the cliff rather than down the cliff— not for those with fear of height). Followed by Ram Ravine Gorge which was so much fun. There are a few metal and wood ladders that you must go up and down. This adds to the fun . We then hiked back to Dobogoko through a different but also interesting path to finish the circuit. Advise to bring 2 liters of water, good hiking shoes with good gripes, layers of clothing, your own lunch and snacks, maybe hiking poles for those that prefer it. It was fun hiking through the beautiful Hungarian forests and landscapes.
