We arrived 1030am on a... - We arrived 1030am on a Tuesday. Very little queue for our pre booked online ticket. We knew it may well get busy so went early ish. We enjoyed our time there, outdoor swimming pool where you need hats is currently closed (so couldn't wear the special flowery hats I purchased 😀). Still loads of pools to explore. We booked a cabin which was useful. Go with an open mind and ready to take photos.

Great time - We booked this online. Around £30 each. Massive building and loads of pools, saunas, hot pools, warm pools and plunge pools etc. Definitely worth a visit. The lazy river when on full blast is great fun!

Great experience and very relaxing! - We chose the day spa with access to the palm relaxation area. We were provided with a private changing cabin which we could keep our clothes and valuables in, we were also each given a robe, a towel and flip flops. Although you can bring your own flip flops if you don’t need them or won’t use them following on from the day. There are so many saunas, steam rooms and pools. In the winter you can dry your towel on the radiators while you’re in each room. The thermal pools are amazing and you must try the volcano sauna, followed by the cold plunge pool. It’s well worth a visit to one of the spas if you’re visiting Budapest, and this is one of Europes largest! You could easily spend the whole day here.

Great way to start a trip - One of the better experiences I’ve had abroad that blends tourism and local activity. Despite being a big attraction there were a ton of locals going about their daily routine at the baths. The baths were relaxing and the architecture is worth the price of admission alone.

Fantastic - The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was I booked the cabin and wine tasting thinking the wine tasting was at the baths however it was in a totally different place so didn’t end up going as to far away but the rest was fantastic and finished with a delicious hot chocolate from Kiosk

Beautiful spa - Take flip flops, towel and a cover up for winter as cold getting in between spas esp when wet. Beautiful place, drinks and snacks to keep you replenished. A lovely spa with a great vibe.

Spa - overpriced for what it was but a nice experience - Spa was very overpriced for what it was. Two hours there is long enough and at £34 each that’s expensive ! They could make a lot more of the spa and it needs some refurbishment !

Waste of money and time - In one word: terrible. We were looking forward to the spa because it had great reviews, but we were very disappointed. It was cold everywhere and the windows were ajar even though it was December 30th and 1 degree outside. Everything was really old and it was quite dirty. You get chips when you enter, but in the poor buffet you can only pay in cash or by card (mobile), so you have to go outside in the winter in a wet swimsuit to the changing room to get your mobile or money, go back to the amazing buffet after the winter and then go back to the changing rooms and put your money or mobile away. There were so many people in the spa, so you can't enjoy a nice swim. For some reason, you can only swim in the large swimming pool with a swimming cap, so there were two people there and no one else. The saunas were also crowded, but it was the only place where it was warm. No chairs or loungers anywhere where you could put your things and where you could possibly relax. If you buy tickets in advance online, you are not guaranteed to get in or wait outside until someone inside leaves. Of course, the money for the tickets is not refundable even if you don't get in. We will definitely not be returning here and we do not recommend a visit to anyone else. A waste of money and time.
