Filarmonica Arad - The first stop is Arad for a brief walking tour. Arad is a Transylvanian town rich in culture, evident in its architecture. Walk through the city streets to see City Hall Palace, the Palace of Culture, the neo-gothic and secessionist-style Red Church, the large domed Roman Catholic Church, and the neo-classical State Theatre. If time permits, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Timisoara Historical Center - Arrive in Timisoara in the afternoon. This vibrant city was named European Capital of Culture 2019 due to its architecture, which reflects Turkish and Austro-Hungarian influences.
Timisoara – Corvin Castle – Alba Iulia – Sibiu

Brasov Historical Center - After Sighisoara, travel to Brasov. This medium-sized city is a favorite destination for many Romanians, as the Old Town is rich in history. Enjoy a walking tour to see the Black Church and the main city gates.
Brasov – Bran Castle – Peles Castle – Bucharest
Bran Castle (Dracula’s Castle) - Start the morning by visiting Bran Castle, also known as Dracula’s Castle. Explore the interior of this 14th-century castle to learn about Vlad Dracula’s story.
Peles Castle - In the afternoon, travel to Sinaia to visit Peles Castle. Built by Romania’s royal family in the 19th century, it remains preserved as it was over a century ago.
Arrive in Bucharest in the afternoon.

This tour provides an opportunity to discover several of Romania’s remarkable attractions, such as Dracula’s Castle, the majestic Royal Peles Castle, the UNESCO World Heritage site of Sighisoara, the charming city of Sibiu, Corvin Castle, and many other fascinating sites, all leading to the vibrant capital city of Bucharest.
- Peles Castle is closed on Mondays year-round and on Tuesdays from 1st of August, 2024, to 1st May 2025. If your tour is booked within this period then you will see Peles Castle from the outside. You will spend more time at Bran Castle and Brasov. Subject to change due to castle policy
