Initially, sugar cane stalks are washed and shredded by rotating knives. Then, large rollers extract the juice from the shredded pulp using an ox to spin the mill. During this process, the juice transforms into a clear, rich brown syrup. On this tour, guests can enjoy a refreshing cold drink of sugar cane syrup, sugar cane stalk, candies, corn bread, and coffee.
