Nice Overview of Art - Tony gave us a great overview of art in Argentina, leading us from the European influences at the time of independence to contemporary Latin American artists. The tour was just enough to get a taste, without being overwhelming.

Excellent art walking tour - Tour guide Tony was very knowledgeable about cultural highlights of Buenos Aires and in particular about works in the three museums we visited. He pinpointed several works in each museum to give us a flavor of the type of art in each location (Fine Arts, Decorative Arts, and contemporary Latin American Art). Tony was very personable and open to questions. The walk itself was at a reasonable pace and easily done within a couple of hours. I highly recommend for a sample of BA art culture!

Art as a lens to learn about Argentina - Tony was very knowledgeable about the city, history and art. Tour was seamlessly put together. Pacing was excellent. In the museums you received a curated tour of highlights focused on a portion of the collection —- typically linked in some way to the history of Argentina (either an event in Argentina or the people of Argentina). In 3 or so hours we had a very enjoyable experience and learned a lot.

Nice Overview of Art - Tony gave us a great overview of art in Argentina, leading us from the European influences at the time of independence to contemporary Latin American artists. The tour was just enough to get a taste, without being overwhelming. That said, we felt rushed. We needed more time in each museum with our guide. He showed us a few highlights and then gave us 15 minutes to roam around on our own. It would have been much better if we had had another 20 minutes or so in each location with him explaining the significance of more art. All in all, it was a lovely introduction, but a more in-depth experience would have been ideal.
