Fun Ride in Palermo and Recoleta - Had a wonderful tour with Luciano around the Palermo and Recoleta neighborhoods. Riding a bike is a great way to see the area in a short time. Highly recommend. One guest took their night tour and really enjoyed that as well.

Perfect tour! - My son and I had so much fun on our e-bike tour with Dario. He was friendly and knowledgeable and kept us safe. We really enjoyed learning how to make and drink mate in the park, too! Thank you, Dario!

Amazing - Dario was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend . Especially fun tasting the mate and having a little picnic. E-bikes are the way to go.

Extraordinary E-bike tour - Highly recommend. Luciano was the perfect guide. We had so much fun. The bikes are new, easy to work and made a bike your effortless since you the bike does all the work. We ran late and thought we would have to cancel but Luciano started the tour an hour late for us!!! I have never had a tour guide do this for us. He gave excellent directions and showed us the route in advance. He gave us interesting history about Buenos Aires and how each stop related. He made us mate and brought snacks for a picnic in the park. He took pictures of us and even made a side trip when a red Ferrari happened to be stopped by the formula one bronze!! Just a great and fun and refreshing bike ride.

Book this tour. You won’t regret it. - Amazing tour! Highly recommended. I was lucky enough to get a personal tour due to it being a little early in the season. Dario was a great guide and very knowledgeable about Buenos Aires history, art, and architecture. The visit to the ecological reserve and the picnic were perfect! I visit Buenos Aires yearly and this is the first time I’ve done a tour. So glad I did. Book it! You won’t regret it.

Fun and Informative Bike Tour. - Really great way to spend a morning. Darío is an informative and fun host. His shop is easy to find. The e-bikes were well maintained. The ride was nearly all flat so wasn’t too strenuous. We learned a lot about the history of Argentina and Buenos Aires. This tour is an excellent way to see the city. We highly recommend.

A must-do activity in BA - Luciano was a terrific guide! He was so knowledgeable of Buenos Aires and we found the tour exceptionally informative. Definitely a must-do activity and a ton of fun. It was safe and well-orchestrated. Highly recommend!

Great bike tour! - We had a great bike tour today. The bicycles are electrical and so it a very easy to cycle in the city. The guide speaks really good English and gives you a clear explanation! Also she is very carefully so we never felt unsafe!
We could definitely recommend it !

Missed the start time and was not offered to catch up with the group - I was half an hour late (I went to a wrong address) so I fully understand that they had to leave on time with the rest of the group. No problem there. However, i was hoping to catch to them at the next stop or later, it is a 3.5 hours tour afterall. Seeing 3/4 or even half of it is still better than nothing! So I tried to call them but no one picked up. Then one of the people wrote to me that the other one will be in touch. He never got in touch. I finally wrote to them in the evening via Viator asking to get reimbursed and was denied. My main issue is that I couldn't join them later on and I guess to a degree that wasn't even partially reimbursed either. So in my view, lack of communication and poor customer service. Just know if you're in a similar situation (i.e. went to a wrong address, and it happens!) this is the likely scenario.

Didn't take your, disappointed in interaction - Unfortunately we didn't make the tour due to a miscommunication from another tour operator I thought was this one advising a change of time. So not this tour operators fault, however they advised they had 6 free spots the next morning we could take (there's four of us), but said we would have to pay all over again, when I advised it wasn't reasonable to be paying that much for a half day bike tour, they dropped it to only 3 people having to pay. Given the tour was running the next day and they wouldn't have filled those spots, we think they could have been a bit more generous given the situation, but they just had no compassion. In the end we didn't take the tour.
