• Tigre - Tigre is an Argentine city north of Buenos Aires, serving as a gateway to the rivers and wetlands of the expansive Paraná Delta. The city’s old fruit port, Puerto de Frutos, has transformed into a bustling artisan market. Close by, the Mate Museum explores the history of Argentina’s traditional tea-like beverage and features a mate bar. The riverside esplanade, Paseo Victorica, is lined with rowing clubs and restaurants. Our visit to the city includes an audio-guided tour, where we will discover how island residents live and interact, including floating services like the water taxi and supermarket boat, as well as the museum house of former president Sarmiento, among other regional attractions.
