Excellent service - We had trouble locating the stop and were immediately replenished on the bus without having to go to the offices

Good ride… - Good experience, weather in BA is unpredictable, it was good having a dry spot where to sit while driving around the city, sometimes they drive too fast so you cannot take pictures from the bus, however you can always jump off (i did not do it because it was raining a lot and had a tight schedule to meet). It took about 4 hours to do the route with only one stop for me to have lunch, so plan accordingly, I’ll take it again when coming back to BA

Great tour with English audio - Great tour, with English audio. We went from start to stop to enjoy the whole route sitting at the no roof top deck in perfect sunny weather. A few stops could be left out, but overall a great way to see and pick places you want to visit by foot.

A quick overview of BA. - We boarded at stop 2 just after 9am. A tour guide scanned our QR codes and gave us a map. We stayed on up to stop 21 about 12 midday.

Overall a good tour with a few glitches. - Bus was clean and audio through the headphones was clear and the content was interesting. We saw many sites in beautiful Buenos Aires. There weren’t enough buses and they didn’t run very frequently. We got off in San Telmo and had to wait for at least 45 minutes until a third bus came that had room for us. In the meantime 3 of the competitors buses stopped at this stop. We also had to change buses that we were not aware of. Fortunately another passenger on the bus told us we needed to change buses to finish the route.

Mayhem during Holy week - We picked this company since they had the buses more often, but it took us 3 buses wait to get out of caminito since the lines were so long. The stops are the same as the red buses so the lanes get mixed. This was a big problem especially at the San Telmo stop, eventually the yellow line was separated and formed behind a couple of parked unmarked buses (about 40 people), thus the yellow busses kept skipping the stop (2 times ) and when they stopped ( 3 buses in total) they only picked up a handful of passengers. Ended up taking a cab to catch it 2 stops over and once in downtown, they transferred us to another bus that took 20 min to take off. So just wasted a lot of time waiting...

Make sure you have a QR code before the trip. - If I was sent a QR code I could not find it on the day for Tour. All I had was a confirmation number. The street attendants put me on a Yellow bus. The bus attendant put me off at the next stop. I had to walk almost a mile to get back to where I started. The street attendants put me on a red bus. The attendant said I was on the wrong bus and advised me to get off and take the Yellow bus. I said I was put off the yellow bus. He let me stay on. I rode the entire circuit for rear I would not get back on if I got off. I bc did not have a good experience.
