It will be a journey of things for the rest of my life! - We exchanged contact information beforehand, so we were worried about meeting up at the pick-up and drop-off point, but we were able to meet up on time safely and we were able to join the tour with peace of mind.
The tour included the famous Skycapsule ticket and included a stop at a beach grill shop by the sea. Every tourist destination has about an hour of free time, so you can visit any general store or cafe you want!
The guide told me that a lovely lady named Naon was alone in explaining the beautiful tourist spots in Busan using English and Japanese!
He explained it fluently, so it was very easy to understand and listened to⭐︎
If you rode the Sky Capsule with me, I hear you came here for Naon?!!! He was friendly and had a good atmosphere, and was liked by people from various countries, and he was like everyone's idol (laughs).
You're from Busan, are you Japanese?! I was so good at Japanese that I thought, "I'm so good at it!", so they could talk to me casually even when I got off the bus, and we got to know each other very well by having them tell us their recommended menu at Hamayaki and toasting together!
The more we talk and get to know each other, the more memories we will have because we will be able to learn and experience Korean culture that we cannot know on tour alone!!
I feel like we got to know each other even better beyond being guides! (laughs)
It is recommended to talk to the guide actively and get to know him as he will be remembered⭐︎
In addition to Mr. Naon who speaks as the center of the guide, there was a guide man and a woman, and they were both kind and had fun talking with each other because their Japanese was a little cute❤︎
I was able to enjoy cultural exchange while sightseeing in Korea, as there were various foreign people among the participants of the tour and foreign students studying in Busan.
Busan took time and effort to get there by ourselves because there are attractive tourist spots everywhere. However, this tour made it a very enjoyable and biotic journey, as it allowed us to see the sights efficiently and in the best way.
I am truly glad to have been on the tour, as I was able to feel firsthand what the locals recommended!!
It was a trip that made me feel 'good to come to Busan, I want to go again'!

Wonderful tour of Busan!!! - This tour packed all the major sites in one day. It was great to have someone else plan all the transportation and the sky capsule tickets!

Fun Busan Day Tour - My son and I enjoyed a wonderful day tour of Busan highlights with our guide Dino (Sunggue Choi). He provided interesting background information on all of the stops along the way. The tour bus was large and comfortable. There was plenty of time provided to explore the villages and temple. Lunch was organized (self pay) at a nice restaurant offering fresh seafood options. The weather was perfect to enjoy the skywalk and sky capsule. So much packed into one day. Dino was patient with his group of 30 people and kept us on schedule. Great tour! Highly recommend!!

Gina and Kristina were very friendly, explained very carefully... - Gina and Kristina were very good, explained very carefully, young people are Taiwanese, Chinese and Korean, and the staff are good, hopefully the next time we can bring him, the attitude is good, we do not understand the place will not complain about its trouble with us, and look forward to seeing us again next week, and there will be a time.

It was a good intro to... - It was a good intro to Busan sights, a mix of old and new, traditional and modern. The restaurant where we had lunch served yummy seafood and the workers cooked the seafood for you. Sohee our tour guide did her best to cater to different demographics in our tour group. She took care of us and provided a lot of interesting facts on the different sites.

A bit amateurish and definitely could be improved - I enjoyed visiting Busan, but the tour organization could be significantly improved.
First, there was no clear way to identify the tour guide at the meeting point. She did not carry a sign or banner, which made gathering participants confusing and stressful. A simple visible sign would make a big difference.
Second, instructions at stops were not communicated clearly enough. At several locations, the guide walked ahead quickly with only a few people while the rest of the group (around 20 participants) were left behind without clear guidance on where to go or how to regroup.
Third, meeting points were inconsistent. At one stop we were told to return to a specific location at 12:45, but the guide was waiting about 25 meters away. This made it difficult to find her and caused unnecessary confusion. In another instance, the guide crossed the street without informing the group after giving a meeting location, leaving participants unsure where to go.
Overall, the itinerary itself was good, but better coordination, clearer instructions, and visible identification of the guide would greatly improve the experience.
