Fantastic!! - A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We were picked up from our hotel right on time. Our tour guide, Jarryd was great. He gave us history of the area and also gave us suggestions for the rest of our trip. We visited 2 brewery's and 1 distillery. First stop, we tried 4 different beers and a fantastic ginger beer. The brewery host explained the history of the brewery and described the complexities of each of the beers. Second stop, we tasted 4 more beers and had a fabulous pizza (at our own expense). Third stop was the gin distillery. A beautiful location! Again the distillery host gave a presentation of the history of the land and the family owned business. We tasted 4 different gins while sipping a fabulous gin and tonic. They also grow Macadamia nuts. We made a few purchases to take home with us. Our tour group was two couples plus our guide. We all connected right away. I booked this tour based on the good reviews and it exceeded our expectations! You'll be happy with this tour. I highly recommend it!

An awesome afternoon tasting and being driven around. - An awesome fun experience. Jarryd is super accommodating with pick up and drop off. He knows the area extremely well. The tour is fantastic fantastic great venues you get to visit many with options for food. Each location you get a vip area and host who talks to you about the location and all the beverages you are tasting. I don’t drink beer but had alternatives at each venue. This is the second time we have booked a tour. Don’t drive book behind the barrel you won’t regret it.

Fantastic distillery and brewery tour in Byron/Ballina area - This was a fantastic tour. We saw Lord Byron rum distillery and learned about how rum is made. Tasting included 3 rums and then they let us try any of the others by request. We bought a pina colada here which came in a frozen pineapple. Then went next door to Stone and Wood, where we tasted 3 beers with the option of buying food or other drinks. Full-sized ginger beer was an option in place of the beer samples. We got a bonus taste of another beer here as well. Finally we went to Brooks Gin distillery where we started with a G&T and then tried 4 samples , with the option to buy cocktails. We bought the rainforest sour which was delicious. The driver was very friendly and it was a great tour. There were 6 of us total in the tour.

BTBBB Tour - Do It! - Excellent way to spend an afternoon on a rainy day. The 3 sites we visited was a nice variety of local vendors - Lord Byron Distillery (Rum), Common People Brewery, and Cape Byron Distillery (Gin) where we got to taste and also hear the stories of their humble beginnings. Jaryd was a great tour guide - sharing his knowledge and recommendations of all that is Byron and its surrounds, and ensured we got safely from each location and back home. Definitively recommend putting this trip on your bucket list when visiting the area - it's a lot of fun and an interesting way to try local beer, spirits and produce and gauge what you like/dislike.
