This is a private SUP Tour, beginning with essential safety instructions. The basics will be covered, including warm-up exercises, standing and board control, proper stroke and turning techniques, correct posture and positioning, and safe water entry and exit. Most importantly, there will be plenty of fun. Participants will be surrounded by stunning natural scenery and may encounter incredible marine life such as dolphins, fish, seabirds, marine plants, and sea turtles.
